Tshering Yangchen
Pastry Chef

I am Tshering Yangchen, a Pastry Chef. It’s my fourthyear that I am continuing to do what I like. It all started as a hobby already when I was still working for WWF. I always had a keen interest into the realm of art and creativity. I must thank Asha Karma founder of VAST my mentor and VAST for making it possible for me to nurture my interest for Art since my school days.
Four years ago after I resigned from my job, it was not an easy task to be a start-up enterprenuer, but after some formal trainings aboard helped me to be able to continue with my confidence and passion. I am proud to say that I am a Pastry Chef with my Bakery- Meraki Bakery. It takes time, hardwork and persistance to convert a passion into a formal career.
