Tomislav Bronzin
CEO at CITUS d.o.o.

IT/Business Consultant in his own company CITUS. 
He has been Microsoft Innovation Center (MIC) Senior Adviser, and General Manager of new generation of MIC: First Microsoft Innovation Center in CEE/Croatia, from September 2005. to May 2008. 
Based on above experience, he has been engaged 7 years by USAID Regional Competitive Initiative (RCI) to help in creating Innovation Centers in Armenia, Moldova, Albania, Macedonia, Serbia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Kosovo, Georgia etc.
Tomislav holds following honorable title: Most Valuable Professional and following certificate: Microsoft Certified Application Developer.
He has been 10 years Microsoft Regional Director for Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia, Kosovo and Albania.
He has more than 20 years of real-life experience in development of complex IT systems, mobile solutions, smart client and web applications, resulting in having 3 patents in those areas. 


Aleksandar Tasev

ICT expert and entrepreneur, with diverse experience in innovation, service provision, entrepreneurship and social activism. He is the founder of Akota ING, a software development company, and Internet Trgovija, a regional e-commerce platform provider. Has created patent pending technology and has contributed his experience to development of the innovation eco-system in Macedonia with the cabinet of the President of the Republic. His personal goal is to foster the implementation of ideas that enable the freedom of people to reach their highest potential. He is a co-founder and executive director of the non-profit foundation Balkan Unlimited, which is a regional supporter of innovation, entrepreneurship, economical and cultural ties in the Balkans. With Balkan Unlimited he advances this goal partly through hosting the premier Balkans venturing event, the Balkan Venture Forum.

Anela Lovrić
M.Sc.E.E.

Board member  AvaCom GROUP Born in Mostar, where she completed high school, APP - Programmer. Studied at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at the University of Zagreb, where she graduated in 1993.
She worked in Hrvatski Telekom Zagreb from 1994 to 1998 as head of the large Internet user department, and then from 1998 to 2000 in VIPNET also in the network department, She has huge experience in information and communications technologies, specialized in network technologies. Since 1998., she is co-founder of AvaCom Group, based in Mostar, which today has more than 50 employees and offices in all major cities throughout the country. Since 2000, she is serving as CEO Network and Board member.  


Zdenko Klepić
Vice dean

Zdenko Klepić is a professor on Faculty of Economy in University of Mostar, and vice dean on the same faculty. For ten years he is professor on classes of management, entrepreneurship, SMEs, project management, etc. For years Zdenko is organizing, co-organizing and participating various educations and workshops related to entrepreneurship development. Through his own entrepreneurial practice he had intensive cooperation with other entrepreneurs from the region, regional development agencies, etc.

Drago Gverić
Director

Drago Gverić is startup enthusiast with active role in BH startup community. He is managing Innovation Centre Banja Luka which is Business Incubator and Centre for non formal education. In Business incubator he dedicate his time to startups/business ideas based on knowledge, modern tech and innovation. Also he actively work set up managing first co-working space/HUB for entrepreneurs in field of creative industry in Banja Luka.


Ivica Coric

I am an Economist and I work in the IT industry for last 20 years. As a programmer and system analyst I started my work experience in Elektroprivreda, and then I gained some new experiences in the field of project management in Porezna uprava and Hrvatska poštanska banka. Since 1996-2001 I worked as a system analyst and project manager in IT company Optima. In 2001. I'm  co-founder of software company Hera  and since then I am chief executive officer in Hera.  I participated, through working time in Hera, in developing many projects in fields of business systems, public administration, education, card systems, and most recently on two fields: the development of informational system for risk management and systems for supporting educational processes from primary school to universities.

Russel Wiltshire
Co-founder

Russ has worked in the software industry for 25 years and is now a social entrepreneur working with children in care. In 2004 he co-founded Vivantio, an award winning independent software vendor recognised by industry analysts as pioneers of cloud-based service management applications. Previously he has worked as Head of IT for Buro Happold, an international construction engineering firm. He has also served as a member of an interim executive team appointed by the UK Government Social Housing Regulator to troubleshoot failing organisations in the housing sector. He has now switched his focus to the voluntary sector and is working as a trustee of Our Kids Foundation, an NGO formed in 2008 with the goal of improving the lives of disabled children and young adults living in care in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Chris Mack

Canadian programmer turned entrepreneur, Chris formerly consulted internationally to enterprise clients like Microsoft, General Motors, General Electric and American Express. Now he's the CEO & Founder of Spokal, a Marketing Automation platform for small business owners. Chris has been involved in solving business problems with technology since 1999, and is currently establishing a development office in BiH.

Haris Zukanovic
CTO

Informatics engineer with most experience in video streaming, banking and simulation systems. Work as project manager, team leader, analyst and chief technical officer. Business owner with 10+ years. Broad experience in international projects, polyglot.


Krunoslav Ris
CEO

Senior Software Developer with more than 12 years of experience in IT fields, now interested in entrepreneurship, new business challenges and new business opportunities. 


Marko Zeljko

Marko Zeljko currently works as the team leader in X-Department at NSoft Company in Mostar. After graduating from the Faculty of Organization and Informatics in Varaždin, he gained his experience working in several ICT companies. He has fifteen years of experience in developing software solutions, ten years of experience in the NGO sector through the association UPIT and eight years of experience in running companies. Information Technology Fair in Mostar is being held for the past six years under his management, as well as many conferences with diverse topics from the ICT world. Also, he is the founder of two startups – Taggium and Social Spot. 


Dražena Gašpar
Full time Professor on Faculty of Economics, University of Mostar

Full time Professor on Faculty of Economics, University of Mostar in the field of Business Informatics (Data Bases. Programming, Accounting Information Systems, Business Intelligence, Software Engineering …). Almost 20 years of experience in software industry as software developer, project manager and manager of software departments in several companies.  Co-founder of the software company HERA Mostar. Research interests: Information technology in education, Information technology in business, Databases, Data Warehouse, Business Intelligence, Programming, Methodology for development of Information Systems, Software development, Project management of software development


Marko Laco
CEO

Born in Sarajevo 1988, studied at FSR Mostar, fell in love and stayed in Mostar. As a student started working as a radio speaker and narrator and after one year of experience got employed at Katarina d.o.o. Mostar. Built experience on Microsoft solutions as SharePoint, Lync, Exchange, Server 2003 and up. 5 years of experience spent as a primary partner contact role with Microsoft, Intel, HP and many others. Nowdays, a proud owner and CEO at happy ITO company. “No stress” is his motto, family is his inspiration and work is his fun. 


Drago Gverić
Director

Drago Gverić is startup enthusiast with active role in BH startup community. He is managing Innovation Centre Banja Luka which is Business Incubator and Centre for non formal education. New developing entrepreneur. Through a year he has improved from a trainee to a director and a mentor. By vocation a developer with three years of experience in NGO sector, as a member of BEST Mostar organisation. Eternal optimist and enthusiast for all IT associated contents. 


Nevzet Sefo

Mr. Nevzet Sefo is a Head of SME Department in REDAH, Regional Development Agency for Herzegovina. The main educational qualification is MBA degree that is completed within joint degree of faculty of Economics in Mostar and Faculty of economics in Sarajevo. Alsa Nevzet Sefo is BSc in Mechanical Engineering completed at University “Džemal Bijedić” in Mostar.   Mr. Sefo has a significant work experience (over 14 years) with different international and local organizations on issues related to the project management and local economic development projects, including direct experience working with SME’s and local authorities on issues relevant for the local economic development.

Denis Kalin
M.Sc.E.E.

Board member - AvaCom GROUP   Born 1968 in Mostar, graduated in 1997 at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering (FER) at the University of Zagreb. By then, as TI professional with over 15 years of experience, mainly deal with the development of various applications and database designer in numerous projects, such as: business intelligence (data warehouse, ETL and data integration (SSIS), OLAP, reporting (SSRS, Crystal reports), Cognos, Panorama) and on-premises  object-oriented applications. He has significant experience in handling various (desktop, web, mobile) projects with different roles of engagement, as well as MIS project manager system expereince. He is co-founder of AvaCom Group, and is currently a member of the Board and Director of software development.  


Meliha Leric
Business incubator manager

Economist, work in a sector for support of SMEs in Bosnia and Herzegovina for more than 10 years. Certified trainer for trainings “Start your business” and “Improve your business”, BIP (Business innovation program) methodology, Work Ready Now (EDC Metodology). Work as a manager of Guarantee fond for SME for eight years. Work with local and international donors, writing and implementing several projects related to economic development and employment generating, work as a consultant for different organization such are EU, USAID, COSPE, WYG Group, Handicep International, SERDA, NERDA, EURELSMED project etc.

Wout Laban

My name is Wout, I am very passionate about creating new opportunities in and around education, for people, companies and communities. Always keeping an eye out to share knowledge and create valuable connections along the way. Over the past two years I’ve done so for our Startup Gibbon a platform that helps companies share knowledge, educate employees and create a culture of learning.
I’m very engaged in the the startup scene in Amsterdam where I organise different meetups around community management, host workshops about customer development and organise Startup Weekend. Next to that I facilitate Startup Weekends around Europe as often as I can. A great way to learn and connect with the different entrepreneurial ecosystems around the world.
