Edin have set up his own company at the age of 19 as a student on Faculty of Mathematics, Edin has built his career at the intersection of the technology, consumer Internet and entertainment sectors. With 14+ years building emerging technology start ups and working with Fortune 500 companies, Edin is passionate about growing ideas, people and money to build companies and projects. He is a serial entrepreneur, proven business executive, angel investor / advisor, and also active motivational speaker and guest lecturer on several international universities.

Nedim Sabic
Serial Entrepreneur

Nedim worked as a SEO and usability expert for Robert Bosch GmbH, ThyssenKrupp GmbH, Porsche and Audi. He denied to work further for big companies and started in 2009 the first SEO company in Bosnia and Herzegowina named SEO.ba, and shortly after that he got engaged as the marketing mind at one of the biggest hosting providers in the Balkans - Avalon. Soon after that he founded a company for mobile applications in Stuttgart (Germany). In 2014, after more than 10 years experience in online marketeing and managing, he decided to quit all his clients and start a more reliable, sustainable and profitable online business.


Milad Cerkic
Entrepreneur

For almost 20 years, Milad worked with some of the best startups and Fortune 500 companies, turning ideas into products. He has a knack for picking the best of tech and assembling things together. His career is marked with development of BIG DATA, Cloud, open-source, Mapping and mobile creations. Milad is active in the supporting local charities in his home town of Mostar, has a brown belt in karate and enjoys snowboarding. As a family man, there is nothing he enjoy's more than spending spare time with his three little girls. He's is currently living in Sarajevo. Milad is a strong believer that talent and intelligence may be spread evenly across the planet, but opportunity is not.


Emir Mulabegovic
Vice President @ Personal

Emir has spent last 15 years in IT business, from early startups to fortune 500 companies. He started as a developer working on telecommunication protocols, device drivers and Internet voice services. Over time he evolved in more technical leadership and management role. His passion is creation of new products and services from ground up and bringing them to market. He currently works as systems architect in Personal Inc, the latest venture that brings spirit of American startup straight into the heart of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Emir hold MS degree in Computer Engineering from University of Illinois, Chicago. He lives in Sarajevo with wife and two kids.

Ceco Gakovic

As a founder, CTO, BoD member and Advisor, Ceco has been part of many successful San Francisco Internet and mobile startups. Ceco and his teams have specialized on social networks and built web and mobile platforms for some of the world's largest brands like: U2.com, Madonna.com, NFL, NHL, NBA, Weather.com, National Geographic, Martha Stewart Omnimedia, Harley Davidson, HBO, Budget Travel, History Channel, Travel Channel, NBC Universal, Guinness World Records and numerous professional sports teams around the world. He has also build yuku.com 450K sites large white-label SaaS network. Prior to the social network era, Ceco architected portals and collaborative environments for clients such as Yahoo, HP, ATT, Microsoft, AMD, Cisco and Intel and developed touch-screen driven automation and media systems for large vessels, including the largest sailing boat in the world at the time, Jim Clark's cyber-yacht project, the Hyperior. During his career Ceco has lived and worked in 10 countries on 4 continents. He is also a helicopter pilot, skipper, rock-climber, skier, diver, paraglider, jiu-jitsu veteran and a father of two. He retired at the age of 35 and has since been dedicating his time to helping kick-off IOT (smart cities), Internet and mobile startups around the world.


Edin Deljkic

In past eight years of working in IT industry, Edin has gathered various experiences in different fields from Software and Product Development, Branding, Graphic design, UI/UX design and Project Management. As he specialised in Project Management and Scrum he will help you time-box your activities, make sure that you stay focused on important work and facilitate overall productivity.


Enis Sahinovic
Technical Evangelist @ Microsoft

Enis Sahinovic, Technical Evangelist at Microsoft Bosnia and Herzegovina, is also a founder and former Editor-in-Chief of Bosnian tech e-magazine HardwareBase.net. During a 13-year career he has worked as an Editor-in-Chief of InsideHW.com, News Editor of Tbreak.com and Contributing Editor of printed magazines like Digital, PC Magazine, Info Magazine and Mreza. For more than six years he has worked as Foxconn's Marketing Director for Adriatic region. Beside his day job, Enis is also writing about latest technologies, Microsoft development platform and market analysis, while being actively involved in distributed computing research (projects like Folding @ Home and ClimatePrediction.net), as well as development of mobile and web apps. He is a regular contributor to Microsoft Community in Bosnia and Herzegovina and speaker on popular tech conferences in region like MS NetWork, Sinergija, Mobility Day, TechDay, WinDays, NT Konferencija and others.


Ferid Ajanovic
Vice President Projects & Services @ Atlantbh

Ferid currently serves as Vice President, Projects and Services at Atlantbh. Ferid is highly focused on inventing new services, building teams and capacity strengthening. It’s a mixture of skills development, project planning, product management, software design, customer relationships, hiring and any other aspect that makes the company more successful. His slow days are dedicated to cooperation with students and emerging tech community. In this role he gives his best to transfer own experience and engage people to make at least one more step forward than what they believe is possible.


Filip Andronik
Graphic designer/comic artist

Filip Andronik is designer, awarded comic book writer and stand up comedian. His work has been published in many magazines and comic editions, while his most acknowledged work is „Amnezija, superjunak s problemom sa pamćenjem". Filip has been doing graphic design for more that 15 years, and has collaborated in many magazines and independent projects.


Mirza Sadovic
Visual adnd UX Designer

Mirza has been in the industry for over 15 years. Web design was his stepping stone, but during college days he started doing logo and identity design, as well as practicing detailed UI design. His education at the school of business gave him insight into marketing and advertising, where he was employed for a while. There, he also started caring for user experience standards extensively. He was co-founder at Ganxy, a NYC based startup solving buying and selling products online. Today he's part of a wonderful team based in Boston and they're helping doctors connect and exchange experiences.


Bruno Omerovic
Vice-President, Development @ Personal

With 9+ years experience working in the creative and non-creative web industry, Bruno worked with a diverse selection of clients and a variety of projects from micro sites to to the large scale portals. Bruno's career has covered various areas including, designing, user experience, client coding (front-end) and the backend programming, which gave him variety of experiences. Bruno won plenty of web awards on various Web Galleries and Festivals. Bruno started in Personal because he thinks that Personal has a strong idea and possibility to succeed in Small Data World, so Bruno is helping with responsibility on Client Development, and all UI that happens in the Personal.


Erol Mujanovic
Business Development Manager

With a decade long managerial experience in private, public and Ngo sector, Erol has also an extensive experience in matching BiH entrepreneurs with foreign investors and partners from all over the world. Erol participated in the Start up weekends from the very beginnig in BiH and he has been very active as a motivational speaker and consultant for youth in entrepreneurship and labor market related fields. He is also successfully implementing several own business ideas including Klix Running Club in Sarajevo. As a passionate long distance runner, and participant in more than 50 races all over the world, he remains fascinated by pushing the limits of the human body and mind by the willpower."


Fedja Kulenovic
IT expert

Fedja is an independent information expert who is among other things working on data processing and visualization with use of free and open-source software (FOSS), and applies those same principles to his work with heritage institutions (libraries, archives, museums) on projects of digitalization, collection management as well as communication and cooperation with users. Since October 2013 he is working part-time for USAID’s Strengthening Independent Media (SIM) in BiH Project implemented by Internews as an IT expert where he is working with independent media on FOSS based solutions and use of data in journalism. He is currently working on his PhD thesis in Information Science at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences of the University of Zagreb.


Rizah Smailbegovic
Owner @ Villa Hills Consulting

Rizah is the owner and creative director of Villa Hills Consulting, one of the Bosnia’s premier creative, advertising and production agencies. Schooled in the United States and Austria, he took the best of those two worlds, added a touch of Balkan free spirit and creativity, got together a group of like minded and talented people to create memorable campaigns for their clients, ranging from the biggest Telecom operator in the country to the largest food producer, from the largest private university to the biggest bet-shop in the region. He is the producer of three TV shows and the co-producer of “Zabranjeni forum” talk-show for international clients.

Kathleen Fritzsche
Startup Enthusiast

Kathleen attended her first Startup Weekend in 2010 and has been co-organizing and facilitating several events since then. She co-founded StartUp Stuttgart in 2011, the main startup community in Southwest Germany, and Accelerate Stuttgart in 2012, with the vision to support early-stage startups in the region. Kathleen is now working as Specialist for Zoi, a tech consultancy with big ambitions. She's also a travel and startup enthusiast, writing about her experiences on her own blog.
