Max Gurvits
CCC Startups

Max Gurvits is a US/European entrepreneur and investor. Graduated as a lawyer, Max founded an online legal services company in Amsterdam in 2008. In 2011, he sold the business and moved to Bulgaria, where he co-founded one of the biggest regional tech acceleration programs and funds (Eleven Startup Accelerator and EUR 12m seed fund). Active in Europe and the Middle East as startup advisor and (angel) investor, Max is particularly focused on Eastern Europe and the Balkans.
In 2014, Max co-founded CCC Startups, a partnership focused on investments and ecosystem-building across Europe and the Middle East, producing Startup AddVenture events and launching a new regional investment fund in 2015.


Momchil Elenkov
Manager Consumer Mobile Products & VAS Services, VIVACOM

Momchil Elenkov is Manager Consumer Mobile Products and VAS Services in VIVACOM. He is part of the company for more than 5 years with rich experience in Product development and CRM. Together with the whole Mobile Products and Services team Momchil is responsible for the strategy of the company for new mobile voice and data services and VAS, including development and support of smartphone apps, OTT and carrier billing. 3rd party developers are in constant cooperation with VIVACOM and have the chance to distribute and popularize their mobile apps through the VIVA Apps mobile portal which supports local content relevant for end–users.

Senior manager, serial entrepreneur and consultant with multi-industry experience including Telecommunications, Services, Hardware and Software Sales, Support and Consultancy. Woreked for Microsoft, Xerox, Cable and Wireless etc. International experience in operations management in South-eastern Europe and cross functional management in wide area as Eurasia region including 21 countries. Experienced in both direct and indirect distribution models. Gained experience in working and building networks in multi-national and multi-cultural environments as well as management of people managers working in complex, international, matrix structures. Proven record of conducted turnaround organizational change management, business processes optimization and new products development and launch.Currently working on consultancy assignments, particularly in General Management and Strategy, Business Processes Optimization, Projects Management, and roles where a cross-business matrix understanding and experience is required.


Anton Titov
CTO, pCloud.com

Anton Titov is a software engineer with more than 15 years of experience. His unique combination of technical and entrepreneurial skills helps him to create fast and scalable web applications. Currently he is CTO of pCloud.com, Bulgarian start up for personal web storage with numerous features, including folder collaboration, upload and download links, audio and video players, mobile applications with backup and synchronization functions.
Founder of Host.bg, one of the leading Hosting companies in Bulgaria, served as CTO between 2004 and 2007 and CEO until 2010.

Julian Borislavov
CEO, ICN.bg

Since 2005 he is the CEO and co-founder of Internet Corporated Networks which works under the brand name ICN.Bg. The business is involved in providing domain and web hosting services as well as cloud solutions. During the years he co-founds a few more companies working in the field of hosting services.

Julian is a strong believer in the potential of young people and vigorously supports initiatives concerned with talent development.



Hristina Borisova
Value Added Services, VIVACOM

Hristina Borisova is responsible for the Value added services of VIVACOM and actively supports the development and integration of new ideas which will bring more opportunities to the business and to the end customers. As part of the team, which is handling the idea and development of VIVA Apps, she is managing the strategic partnership with potential partner applications for their launch into VIVA apps market, as well as examines the strategies and methods for popularization of the mobile applications in the local market

Pavel Ivanov
UX/UI Engineer, Mozilla

Pavel is a front-end UX/UI engineer for many years now and currently employed by Mozilla. In the latter Pavel is focused on the mobile Firefox OS. Pavel could talk for weeks about his work and is one of the few geeks that love their work more than they love beer.


Boris Simandoff
V-Ray Product Manager, Chaos Group

Brings V-Ray Chaos Group more than 20 years of experience in software design, code optimization and distributed network systems. A software evangelist and entrepreneur, Boris is one of the co-founders of FinAnalytica, a company which was awarded as № 1 Market Risk Solution Provider in 2012. He is co-inventor and patent holder of the "Risk Managment Using Heavy Tails" system. Over the past 3 years, Boris has been involved in product management for large-scale projects in Chaos Group, a Bulgarian company providing innovative rendering solutions for the global visualization industries. At Chaos Group, he leads projects related to the V-Ray Application SDK (C++/Java/.NET/Nodejs/Python) and V-Ray Distributed Cloud Services.


George Droumev
Technical Director, Coca-Cola Deutschland

Inspiring & motivating natural leader with passion for people. Building & mentoring diverse, high-performing teams. Understanding people and system dynamics especially in conflict situations. Believing in & driving change – questioning the status quo, learning from other industries, self-starting on opportunities in trying new ideas. 


Olaf Guikema
Creative Director, TriplePro Group

Olaf is the one of the founders of TriplePro, a consortium of pan-European marketing companies. He has been an entrepreneur for more than 10 years and founded 7 companies across Europe. Alongside with other projects, Olaf is socially conscious. He took on youth coaching at Stichting Stiel from 2010 to 2012, where he was a coach for youngsters with social problems. For this, he was recognized by the Dutch king on national TV in 2012. In 2014, Olaf expanded his business by coming to Sofia and opening TriplePro’s first Bulgarian office. He is a big fan of Guerrilla Marketing and Guerrilla Thinking in his entrepreneurship.


Ivo Ivanov
Head of Design, Teamwork.com

Ivo has 8 years experience as UX & UI designer. He’s currently working as a Head of design at Teamwork.com - Irish company, building awesome SaaS products for project management, customer support and team chat. He’s been dealing with a lot of different stuff, but his first entrepreneurial experience began when he opened his own real estate agency. There he gained a lot of experience in sales. In 2008 when economic crisis struck, the business got slow, so he had to turn – 360°. For fun in the office he has been playing around with Photoshop and while waiting for a worthy client to miraculously show up, he managed to get pretty handy in it. So the crisis had pretty positive effect on him – since then he started working as an UI/UX freelance designer. He has worked on all kinds of projects from small company websites in major gateways to some of the largest online stores in Bulgaria. From 2011 onwards he worked with startups from all over the world – eg Neil Patel (Crazy Egg and KISSmetrics), Brian Moran (Get 10,000 Fans), Clay Collins (LeadPages), etc. He has learned a lot from some of the greatest minds in the online marketing and he'll be glad to share it. Ivo is a startup freak and a huge fan of Startup Weekend -  this is gonna be the 10th Startup Weekend he’s attending, so he really knows what it’s all about, what you should do and what you should focus on for the weekend. He can help you with ideas for user experience, user onboarding, usability, customer validation, monetization, project management and any kind of design advices.


Teddy Toneva
General Manager, TriplePro Bulgaria

Teodora’s international experience as a marketing consultant puts an interesting twist on the Bulgarian entrepreneurial ecosystem. She started her career in corporate, later on working as a marketing consultant for a portfolio of products under Catburry in London, UK. Currently, with TriplePro and local partners, she often consults local SMEs on expansions strategies and marketing channels. Her role as General Manager of the Bulgarian branch of TriplePro includes creating brand strategies for start-ups and corporate, with focus on FMCG, hardware products and mobile.


Radoslav Stankov
Web developer, ProductHunt

Radoslav is web developer for more than a decade. He believes that frontend and backend are equally important. Several years ago he started VarnaConf. Currently he works at Product Hunt, winner of Best New Startup Of 2014 Crunchies Awards.


Peter Iliev
UI/UX designer, co-founder, Metrilo

Award winning UI/UX designer. Entrepreneur. Curently co-founder of Metrilo, backed by Launchub and Eleven. Ex-winner of Startup Weekend Sofia with the Wishgram team.


Ralitsa Dimova
Products and Services, VIVACOM

Ralitsa Dimova is Coordinator of Products and Services department. She is part of VIVACOM for 2 years and is specialized in Value Added Services and Mobile Applications. Her main responsibility is to organize marketing campaigns for variety of applications in VIVA Apps in order to popularize them. She is also responsible for the development of VIVA Apps including new Bulgarian applications and supporting new sections and functionalities.


Avi Pasheeva
Investment Manager, VoiVoda Ventures

Avi is a business professional with 5 years of experience in early stage investments, marketing, strategy and business development. She is plugged into Silicon Valley and European startup ecosystem, passionate about new technologies and meeting new people. 

Over the last six months, Avi is part of the team of LeadSecure, an early stage startup, based in San Francisco trying to disrupt the real estate industry.  


Svetozar Toskov
Software Engineer, Telerik, a Progress Company

Svetozar is a JavaScript developer in the Telerik AppBuilder team. He is interested in web technologies and especially in JavaScript and Node.js. He loves hackathons. In 2014, he helped his team build an application that ranked them in top 5 of the Best Use of Data projects at the international NASA Space Apps Challenge.


Ilian Iliev
Senior Software Engineer, Telerik, a Progress Company

Ilian is a developer in the Telerik AppBuilder team. His main interests are mobile development, cloud technologies, security and digging into the operating systems internals. He was a mentor at Telerik first European hackathon – Telerik Hackathon that was held in October 2014 in Sofia, Bulgaria.
