Borey Chum is an e-commerce entrepreneur, enterprise business application & solutions consultant. Worked for one of the leading SI company in Cambodia before found Luxury Machine and Roserb.com Prior working for an SI company, Mr. Borey taking care business application division working on building a hospitality business units and currently a integrated hospitality are still using by major local & independent hotel in Cambodia. After, he found a company name Luxury Machine, providing a eCommerce solutions for hotels in Cambodia and quickly become dominated in the market. Currently Luxury Machine service for more then 50 hotels in Cambodia, Vietnam, Laos and Myanmar. Providing a complete eCommerce solutions from Web to Central Reservation System, Property Management System, Accounting and Point of Sales Solutions to WiFi and Network Infrastructure. Borey Chum, found Roserb in late 2014 with Leta as the first truly eCommerce site for Cambodian. With a mission to provide the best customer service from consultant, product selection and delivery. Roserb had complete team from Photo Studio, Photography Team, Fulfillment and delivery, which is doing same or next day delivery.


Nataly WANHOFF
General Manager at Focus Asia Cambodia

Nataly WANHOFF started her career as a hotelier, but changed on the Tour Operator side very soon and spent 9 years as Product Manager Asia, working for Ikarus Tours based in Germany, responsible for creating tailor-made trekking, expedition and study tour itineraries all over Asia from Uzbekistan to Japan. After a time with a tour operator as General Manager for Cambodia, she became Cluster Director of Sales at the Victoria Hotels and Resorts in Vietnam and Cambodia. Her next position was based in Vientiane, Laos, where she was the Managing Director of Diethelm Travel Laos for 3 years, before moving to the Diethelm Travel Head Office in the position of Key Account Director for the Diethelm Travel Group for another 3 years. In June 2016 she moved back to her favorite country Cambodia to take over the role of General Manager at Focus Asia Cambodia.


Tommy Bekaert
General Manager at Rambutan Hotels & Resorts in Siem Reap

Born in Ghent (Belgium) in 1973. My original school background was in Graphic Design and Printing. After finishing school, I worked for a few years in several different Printing businesses and eventually opened my own screen printing business. After 5 years I sold the business and went more into sales & marketing. The last 6 years before moving to Cambodia I worked for Texet Benelux, a distribution company specialized in promotional clothing, business and workwear. There I was responsible for the Key Account clients in the Benelux offering a high level of customer service based on long-term business relationships. One of my extra responsibilities in the company was being a Project Manager for the Special Productions department where we designed customized corporate profile clothing. During my free time, I always loved organizing all kind of social events and worked several years during the weekends also as an assistant manager for my uncle who had a catering company. After some traveling in South East Asia I fell in love with Cambodia and Siem Reap where I first spend one year sabbatical doing voluntary work and created a social enterprise specialized in screen printing http://www.silkscreenprintinglab.com/ . After the sabbatical year I decided to stay longer in Cambodia and look for a payed job in the hospitality industry. I finally found a job as a General Manager for Rambutan Hotel & Resort where I work now for about 7 years being responsible for the daily management of the Rambutan properties in Siem Reap. Next to this full-time job I also take care part time as a Resident Manager for Villa Ni Say , a private villa from a Belgian family.


Keara Phann
Director of PUC, President of YEAC

Mr. Phann Keara, born in 1979 to a Cambodian peasant family, has achieved extraordinary academic and professional success.  He is a motivated, inspirational, and moral leader.   

He holds a Khmer Literature B.A. and a management MBA.  In 2009 he became a founding director of Panasastra University of Cambodia [Siem Reap Campus].  Under his exceptional leadership, the university has developed into a highly respected institution with a network of exchange partners throughout Asia and America. 
 

As President and business mentor to the Young Entrepreneurs’ Association, he has championed the cause of young Cambodian entrepreneurs. 
 

His other public service achievements include founding the Regional Development Action Association, a charity established to help poor Khmer children through youth social entrepreneurship development and education.  
 

As a business leader, his creative thinking has helped establish the Suorkear Investment Co. Ltd. as an ethical, cutting-edge firm that helps poor Khmers get a foot on the property ladder.      


Sarah Moya
General Manager of Navutu Dreams

21 years of Hospitality Experience, mostly as Director of Sales and Marketing for Hyatt International, Intercontinental Hotels Group, GHM Luxury Hotels across countries in Asia. Was previously General Manager what is currently Anantara Angkor. Currently General Manager of Navutu Dreams Resort & Wellness Retreat.

After his graduation of Civil Engineering in Russian Federation in 2014, he started working for a company with his specialty for 1 year. Then he quitted his job and created a new brand coffee shop in Siem Reap named BIOLAB Coffee & Office. The concept is a mixed co-working space & coffee shop. WORK & EAT & DRINK.

He also manages his main business Mr. CSN General Contractor, Construction Field: Design, Renovate & Build.

Sum Sithen
Co-Founder of SPMA (Sum Phang Multimedia Agency)

Leading Kon Khmer Koun Khmer (now known as Sunflower Film Alliance) since 2009, Sithen, 37, has mobilized youth and film enthusiasts to build their foundations through production of short films, first-work showcases, intensive film workshops and trips. His main role for this film collective's flagship event, Chaktomuk Short Film Festival since 2012, has been to seek funding and liaise with partners and stakeholders. From 2016 to 2017, he managed PuPrum Entertainment, the only Cambodian movie distribution company. This year will see him pursuing a producer scholarship in Busan Film College, after which he is going to produce his very first feature film. Besides his main passion for the movie industry, he has been involved in a series of business ventures, including AhkaraTranslation Agency (since 2009) and a customer retention management web app (both based in Phnom Penh). Following his recent move to Siem Reap to live with his wife and two kids, he has co-founded Sum-Phang Multimedia Agency (SPMA), specializing in photography, videography and creative services. He firmly believes budding entrepreneurs need to learn from both many failures and success stories, in order to shape their own way of running profitable and responsible ​business.

Socheata have more than 15 year working experiences with local and international NGOs, UN, private sector and academic institutions. She has strong capacities in business development, resource mobilization, training, network building and coordination. She is co-founder of InoTED which provides innovative solutions of ICT in education, tourism, and agriculture sector.
She is currently vice chair of capacity building committee of Cambodian Women Entrepreneurs Association which serves more than 400 women entrepreneurs. She is also a local resource person for the WIFI program initiated by APCICT-ESCAP and US-ASEAN SME academy.
She holds master degree of public policy from the Victoria University of Wellington in New Zealand.

Than Rathanak, proprietor of Prithy & Mutta House , I served 16 years as hoteliers and few years with NGO, such as Front office manager, NGO assistance project director, Sale & Marketing director, director of administration, hospitality consultant, residence manager and general manager.
I have established a strong network with main decision-makers from the tourist industry and online travel agencies. Presently was own homestay and work as consultant in the hotel industry.

Samnang CHHON
Co-Founder & Business Manager at Asia Natural Tour (ANT)

Born just inside the Angkor Archaeological site. Samnang earned his career lives incredibly by switching from a countryside boy to one of the top levels in tourism career. He served as a key staff to the past company with his dedication and knowledge of the area. Samnang has a special knowledge of C.I.P. / C.S.R. program, while not many others could deliver it. He has set up his own community project called All For Kids NGO (AFK) to give back to the societies and the world where he grew from since the time that there were only a few tourists visited to Siem Reap. He is simple but firm and happy.

Sokhon PIET
Guest Relation and Communication Manager at Asian Trails

Sokhon was born in countryside of Siem Reap. After high school in 2006, he moved to Siem Reap city for college. Then, he stared his career in restaurant, bar, and hotel. He had 11 years working experience.

To get varous experience in tourism, he began to work for a travel company Asia Trails. Now he is a Guest Relation & Communication Manager. He spends most of his time to meet and assist his clients during their stay in Siem Reap.

He is now also a representative of ACTA BIO (www.actabio.com) in Siem Reap. ACTA BIO is a leader in Food Quality Management System and offer a range of consulting, training and auditing solutions.


Krouch Ly
Founder of Agro-Tourism Cambodia

Krouch Ly graduated from Cambodia University of Specialiies (CUS) with Bachelor Degree of English Literature. He spent years working in tourism industry and for charity projects in Siem Reap. Later, He founded of Agro-Tourism Cambodia. Now he promotes agricultural activities and services provided by farmers to local and international tourists. His agro-tourism social business creates better income, jobs, and economic stability in rural communities in Cambodia.
