Mica Alida
Team lead #DoualaSWAI, Entrepreneur/ZEMAWorld, Inspire Cameroon Community

"Alida Ebo'o is a young Cameroonian entrepreneur aged 22, a student in engineering at the Douala Faculty of Industrial Engineering. She is a greatly passionate about new technology and launched for this purpose various academic and extracurricular clubs and associations, the most important one being the international technology Association INFINITY SPACE CAMEROON (https://www.facebook.com/groups/infinityspace/) where she is charge of communication. Since she is very enterprising, she embarks on entrepreneurship and founded INSPIRE CAMEROON Community(https://www.facebook.com/inspirecamer/ ), a community within the ACTIVSPACES incubator (http://activspaces.com/), an entrepreneurship project to promote youth empowerment. She inspires young people to self-employment and entrepreneurship by portraying young and successful Cameroonian entrepreneurs in their projects and in their respective fields.She participates in several forums, events, among other the organization of one of the first TED Talks in Cameroon named TEDxBonanjo in the media and communications team.In march 2015, she run for the WED(women's entrepreneurship day) Student Ambassador contest in her university and was elected by her mates and the WED team as the best representative of student entrepreneurship.She is also bloger and launch her blog  about youth entrepreneurship www.zemaworld.com . Her ambition is to encourage and bring the Cameroonian and Africain youth to pursue their dreams and make them come true, thus to be actors and not spectators of the emergence of the country.
She joined the STARTUP WEEKEND Cameroon  team in 2015 after having been in turn single participant, speaker, coach and jury member of the "youth" edition.



Bertrand Tiotsop

Bertrand Tiotsop s’évertue à utiliser ses talents afin de provoquer des changements positifs au sein de sa communauté. Ce natif du Cameroun est le président fondateur de Publicity and Design, une agence de communication de Douala. Sa société se spécialise dans la communication d’entreprise. Avant de lancer Publicity and Design, Bertrand travailla pendant plusieurs années comme consultant et à des postes de gestion au sein d’entreprises privées. Il est également un coach en développement personnel, travaillant avec des clients privés afin de les aider à développer leurs compétences et à améliorer leur efficacité au sein de leur environnement de travail. Bertrand a également donné et participé à plusieurs conférences à travers l’Afrique de l’Ouest et l’Afrique du Nord. Bertrand se décrit comme un « acteur du changement positif » et se passionne pour l’aide aux entrepreneurs, les poussant à devenir eux aussi acteurs du changement.


Flavien Kouatcha
Digital Agriculture Champion

General engineer with a specialization in embedded electronics, Flavien worked as Chief Maintenance Officer in the port service before making a Specialized Master in Digital Marketing and Public Relations to discover the world of front office and understand customer psychology. Now back to his agricultural childhood passion, Flavien leads a young company that develops solutions for the optimization of rural production. Known under the name "Save Our Agriculture", this company is known today for its aquaponics kits that already allow many Cameroonians to grow their organic food at home or in confined spaces. For him, there is no greater pleasure than sharing what we know or exchanging with others to understand and learn what we don't know.

Rollin Foko
Spécialiste du Business Plan

Rollin Foko is a business plan specialist with M2B Conseils in Douala, Cameroon. He is a business plan specialist with 18 years of work experience as a consultant, particularly helping entrepreneurs find local investors. He works with Cameroonian entrepreneurs with business ideas in many sectors, including forestry, manufacturing, food processing, packaging, mining, and services.
In 2004, Rollin created his own consulting firm, M2B Conseils. He also designed financial software, OHADA-FIPRO SOFT, to help start-ups develop their business plans to identify financing, solvency and profitability constraints.
Rollin was named ‘’Ambassador of Entrepreneurship’’ at the 2011 Global Entrepreneurship Week. Rollin is a graduate of the University of Duala and CNAM Paris INTEC.


AKOBE épouse AKOMIAN Detchio Annick
Director of RH EXPERTS CABINET and Founder of OYE

Akobe is married with three children, two girls and one boy. Akobe has expansive experience managing international teams and youth exchanges. In Senegal, Cote d’Ivoire, & South Africa she led international teams implementing projects focused on social and humanity assistance and youth entrepreneurship. She also spent time working for the Bank of Africa in the Republic of Benin, and has traveled considerably in both Africa and Europe. Originally from Cote d’Ivoire, Akobe moved to Cameroon where her husband works to take care of her family. Her experiences taught her the value of giving back to the community, and this motivates her work with The Humanity Exchange. She joined The Humanity Exchange team while managing the HR & Training Department at Okalla Ahanda et Associates, an Auditing and Accounting firm. Since March 2013, she joined RH EXPERTS as Marketing and Training Manager, Today, she is the Executive Director of RH EXPERTS CABINET and Founder of OYE , is still possible , a volunteer Organization to assist underprivileged people and coach and mentor social organization.


Francis Tsague

Francis TSAGUE is a young Cameroonian highly passionate about Entrepreneurship, Leadership, Volunteerism and People/Organization Development. He's actually an Alumnus (Adviser/Mentor/Coach/Trainer) of AIESEC Cameroon, Human Ressource Officer in a local Cabinet (RH EXPERTS), Programme Coordinator in a local NGO (OYE Cameroon) as well as Entrepreneurship Mentor (TEEP 2016). 
For the past 7 years since he joined AIESEC, the biggest international student's run organization, he had been throughout a Servant Leader, a continuous and proactive learner, open to others and anxious about improving them and himself. He has a high sense of responsibility and commitment to result and can adapt to any situation and environment. Practicing two foreign languages, English and French, he continuously search opportunities to put hisy knowledge and resources to serve any reliable entity or cause thus achieving both personal and organizational goals for positive impact and change in the society.
Since he embarked in the journey of leadership, entrepreneurship and people/organization development especially young people,  he had been inspiring young people to personal development, self-employment, volunteerism and entrepreneurship by sharing his experience throught motivational talks, trainings, coaching and mentoring in their various projects.

He had participated in several Programs, conferences, forums and events, among other Young EntrepreneurShip Program (YES), Youth to Business Forum, African eXchange Leadership and Development Seminar (AfroXLDS), West African Connecting Seminar (WACS), National Leadership Development Seminar (NLDS), Cameroon Leadership Academy (CLA), Build Your Business (BYB), Startup Weekend (since 2014 as Organizer and Coach); Tony Elumelu Entrepreneurship Program (TEEP), ... and many others He's liev motif is "Be the change you want to see in the world, be a positive role model". Many companies such as SSS (Sound Structural Solution), WE (Williams Engineering), FEV Consulting, Gordium Knot are pleased to have worked with him.

Ange Donfack

Motivated, committed and passionate in ICT and entrepreneurship, Ange Donfack KEUMBOUK  is a Cameroonian young computer engineer graduate in Master 2 Computer Sciences, option "Réseaux et Services Distribués”  at the Dschang’s University.  She is the co-founder of the organization " Africa It Women" and GDG (Google Developer group) "in Dschang. Anxious to procure new knowledge, she likes to put his skills and knowledge to the benefit of society. Nowadays Assistant in Computer Sciences at the Dschang’s University, she has the skill in web development, design, system programmation, formation, entrepreneurship and Maintenance. Open to suggestion in order to innovate, she is Dynamic and hard worker.





Blaise Loe
Expert à la Chambre de Commerce

LOE Blaise, né le 26 Décembre 1961 à Edea.
Titulaire d'une MSTCF Maîtrise des Sciences et Techniques Comptables et Financières.employé à la 'Chambre de Commerce d'Industrie, des Mines et de l'artisanat du Cameroun depuis 1986. A occupé diverses fonctions notamment, Secrétaire Régional pour l'est, Chargé d'études au siège.  et aujourd'hui Secrétaire Régional pour le Sud à Ebolowa.
Dans le cadre de nos activités professionnelles, nous avons placé la problématique de l'entreprenariat et la création d'entreprises au centre de nos préoccupations. 
Sur le plan associatif, Secrétaire Général et exécutif du CESCA (Comité Économique et Social du Canton Adie), organe mis en place par les filles et fils Adies pour porter le développement de la ville d'Edea. 



Kouems Kevin
Organizer

Kouemeni Kevin Franck est un jeune camerounais né en 1992. Après l'obtention de d'un baccalauréat scientifique,il s'inscrit à l'université en physique. 3 ans après il en ressort avec un DEUG. 
Né vendeur et passionné de marketing et travail en freelance pour l'entreprise GMS Consulting où les chiffres qu'il réalise lui permettent d'intégrer la boite et devient assistant business developper; il est ensuite responsable commercial du project Operation 2000 laptops au Cameroun. Pendant son séjour à l'université, il suit des formations en infographie, techniques de vente et maintenance informatique, ce qui fait de lui un technico-commercial au sein de l'entreprise GMS Consulting. Toujours à la recherche de nouveaux axes de communication, il découvre internet comme étant un pôle économique et se lance dans l'apprentissage du métier de  community manager. Après  2 ans passé dans l'entreprise GMS Consulting, il décide de quitter et de ce lancer dans le e-commerce de la lance avec son partenaire, le site de vente en ligne Camer-Store plateforme qui propose des produits divers au Cameroun à bas prix dans sa nouvelle startup il apprend mieux le marketing digital et tous ses aspects et découvre encore plus en profondeur les avantages dont regorge internet en particulier le réseau social facebook. Grand penseur toujours en quête d'innovation il s’améliore en infographie et change sa façon de voire le commerce. Il développe la méthode 4G pour booster les business sur les réseaux sociaux qui se resume en Graphisme-Gérance-Génération-Gain c'est la méthode de 4G d’où le slogan Eto'o peut toi aussi ! A ce jour il gère prêt de 10 pages Facebook et est consultant pour prêt de 15 entreprises et particuliers de la place.
