Whether you are looking for feedback on an idea, a co-founder, specific skill sets or a team to help you execute, Startup Weekends are the perfect environment in which to test your idea and take the first steps towards launching your own startup. In 54 hours participants pitch, brainstorm, create a business plan and an innovative prototype.

You don't have to be an expert in any subject area to participate in this event.  Participants with all kinds of skills are need!  Artistic, technical, business, marketing skills etc are all required to develop a business.  However, the most important thing required for the weekend is an interest in making things and a willingness to meet other people with diverse ideas, learn and share with them.
