This workshop aims at giving students a perfect road map to develop their ideas and products. Product Management has become increasingly important in both large tech firms and startups, and it bridges the gap between business and development. By understanding basic concepts of a product life cycle that deals will the planning, forecasting, production or marketing of a product, students equipped with such skills will find it easier to lead a team with students of different skill sets. Moreover, through design thinking, we hope to teach students a human-centered approach to innovation that draws from design’s perspective to integrate the needs of people, the possibilities of technology, and the requirements for business success.

Speaker: Quinn Lai, Founder and Director of EONIQ
