Ready for #SWSaar?
Here is all you need:
The Startup Weekend Saar is a joint three-day event for the entrepreneurs of tomorrow.
Everyone is welcome! Never mind if you are a business specialist, designer, developer, student, founder or founder to be! All teams will have the opportunity to work and pitch in English or German.
There's just one requirement: All participants should have the same initial conditions. Therefore, the only restriction is that you are not already working on your business (research for the pitch preparation does not fall under this rule).
Additional business challenge: to be announced!
- presentation of awesome ideas
- transfering initial ideas into business models
- development of prototypes, businessplans and ptiches
- coaching by thrilled mentors
- a huge network of developers, designer & business specialists
- three day supply with food
- free drinks all the time
- flipcharts, paper, pens, etc.
The event is only possible due to the generous financial support of the global and local sponsors and the work of dozens of volunteers from the startup scene of Saarbrücken. Startup Weekend Saar is a part of the global Startup Weekend network, which already counts more than 193,000 subscribers in over 150 countries worldwide. More than 23,000 teams have been founded as a result of more than 2,900 Startup Weekend events. Outstanding teams have even generated revenue and acquired first investors already during the weekend. Startup Weekend Saar is a valuable networking opportunity to connect with like-minded people in a relaxed and creative atmosphere.
