Chineyenwa Okoro Onu
Founder Novsaic Expression  Chineyenwa Okoro Onu Social Entrepreneur, Environmentalist and An Enabler . She is deeply passionate about Africa and believes that the missing ingredient on the continent is our ability to become problem solvers and innovative. Over a 7-year period, Chineyenwa has founded and led 3 organizations that builds up a new cohort of people who can find new solutions and synergies for Africa’s development as part  creating disruptive entrepreneurs that are credible, innovative, and sustainable (i) Waste Or Create Hub (An innovative and  creative  center for sustainable solutions  towards  environmental  sustainability  and convener of the African Recycle Symposium and Fair with sites in 3 countries across West Africa  (ii) Startup Africa Network   (Africa's fastest growing  authentic startup enabling environment with over 300 startups  so far) and The Enabler . (This organizations helps institutions across the private, public, social sectors and individuals create the change that matters, empowering minds ,facilitating businesses and  championing solutions  fostering Business to Business (B2B) dialog that leads to mutually beneficial arrangements supporting Africa's export and brands. ). She has worked across all major industries (Oil and Gas, Consulting, Environment, Health and Welless, Brand Development , Business Development and Strategies , STEAM Education ,Technology, Human Resources  and Products and Services ) covering the full value chain of transformational business best practices . Her focus over the last 7 years has been to support startup and change driven people strengthen their footprint  to becoming  the leading light of innovative, creative  and sustainable solutions towards environmental  economic development to fill the unmet market needs in Africa. These past  7 years  she has made her mark  across Africa in Talent Management, capability frameworks, business productivity and business transformation strategies, green business development ,circular economy design , brand development ,design thinking , STEAM education  trade and business network and general consultancy  . Her geographical business understanding spans across sub-Saharan Africa  . Chineyenwa is working towards becoming the change she seeks to see in our World. As an Environmentalist , Enabler ,Speaker and Trainer, these has geared her to organizating high-level programs  ,transformational and educational seminars, social entrepreneur’s events, where she teaches the need for environmental awareness ,creating viable business from social problems as well as sharing her passion by telling her change journey. She won the ANZISHA PRIZE AWARD in 2014. In 2017 she was inducted into the ROYAL COMMONWEALTH FELLOWSHIP .   She has also been quoted on CNN as one of the 12 brilliant Africa entrepreneurs under 22 in 2014 and featured on How We Made It In Africa, CCTV Africa, Aljazera and other media platform. Chineyenwa was recently made Africa First Female Facilitator for Techstars Startup Weekend Powered by Google for Entrepreneurs , won West African Youth Forum Social Entrepreneur of the Year 2018 and got inducted into The Global Shaper Accra Hub and initiative of the World Economic Forum in 2019. In November 2018 she hosted THE PRINCE OF WALES to an environmental exhibition showcasing the possibilities of environmental sustainability unitizing repurposing of waste materials and got awarded UN ENVIRONMENT WORLD ENVIRONMETAL DAY HERO . Chineyenwa’s drive for innovation ,design thinking and STEAM has shaped her understanding of the need for vested approaches in other to proffer change in Africa . She plays an instrumental role in creating a sustainable world
