Welcome & Speakers
Review agenda for the weekend and introduce speakers, coaches, and community leaders

7:30 pm
Pitches Start
Optionally line up to give your pitch

9:00 pm
Attendees vote for the top pitches

9:15 pm
Form Teams
Teams start forming and discussing ideas

10:00 pm
Begin Work
Start to formalize teams and take an inventory of skills. Be honest, and direct about what resources and skills are needed for the weekend. You may stay and work as late as the venue will allow

Simone Demelas
CEO of

Sardinian, currently based in Rome. Degree in Natural Sciences, GIS and Satellite Remote Sensing expert, after working as an analyst in the GIS field decides to begin to understand how to do business and was thrown in the startup universe. It all started in 2013 with the participation at Startup Weekend Cagliari, from there it was swallowed into the black hole, participating in a lot of startups weekend, working on his own projects. He is currently CEO of ARMNet, a company that deals with integrating augmented reality to the management of infrastructure networks. Passionate about technology in every aspect, music, fitness, new trends. There is always a different way to see things and solve problems

Dimitra at the age of 17 was dreaming to work at Antenna Group and so it happened! For the past 4 years, she has worked as a Brand Manager at the radio stations “Easy 97.2” as well as “Rythmos 94.9”. Part of her responsibilities are all sponsorships and event activities both B2B and B2C. She studied Marketing at the American College of Greece while working at OTENET, a major telecommunications group.  Her marketing experience expands to the advertising sector (Leon & Partners) as well as the pharmaceutical industry (Lavipharm S.A) Her passion for music has inspired her and led her into a great marketing career in the field she is working now. She describes her days at work full of creativeness, team working, craziness, brainstorming, social media full of laughs and music!
