Peter Polgar
Head of UX

I'm a UX generalist with a strong focus on usability, user research and interaction design. I believe that the value users get from software (wherever it lives: web, mobile, desktop, embedded) is based on a great user experience, which should be originating from user needs and challenges. Having a background in computer science I also understand technology needs and possibilities.

I like challenges throughout the whole process of creating a product, from the idea conception to the delivery - and iterate to improve the experience. In each phase I either strive to try out new methods, or improve on the ones that I already to know - to best support my team with insights and shared understanding.

Some of the methods I use regularly:
* Learn: observations, user interviews, usability tests (remote, in-lab, unmoderated)
* Build: personas, storyboards, story maps, conceptual models, prototypes, wireframes
* Measure: data analysis, a/b tests, experiments

I consider myself an evangelist of UX. I've been teaching university students the basics of usability, giving talks and organizing meetups for other professionals.
