After an initial attempt to study medical and being unsuccessful, I did an engineering in Industrial & Production. Always willing to do something different and think differently, picked up a career in software engineering soon after completing Industrial engineering degree. The dot-com boom gave a flying start to the career and later on, I got opportunity to develop/lead mostly B2B products for FTSE 100 companies and startup in London, Helsinki, Los Angeles and Bangalore. 


Abhay Tandon
Head - Partnerships and Events at Tracxn & Mentor at BHIVE

Abhay is a startup enthusiast, growth consultant, and evangelist. He is currently working with Tracxn, as the Head for Events and Partnerships. Abhay has closely worked with various startups and funds in India and understands the key issues that startups and various ecosystem players face. He is an upcoming author and is a regular columnist for ‘business growth and strategy’ and ‘Small & Medium Enterprises’ section in a few digital publications. His expertise lies in Investment Consulting, Strategic Growth, Fund Raising, and Strategic Alliances.



Varun George
Co-Founder at Truss

Varun worked as a marketing consultant with brands like RedBull, Budweiser and MasterCard. Then progressed into a 'growth hacker' consultant and helped startups like BookMyShow, MeraEvents, Insider and many more. He met his co-founder on a consulting gig and they realized that they should work together on Truss to help with 'cofounder discovery'


Harshil Mathur
CEO at Razorpay

Harshil Mathur is the Co-founder and CEO of Razorpay. Before starting Razorpay, Harshil worked with Schlumberger as a Field Engineer.
Harshil was inspired to start Razorpay after discovering the dismal state of online payments in India. Harshil along with Co-founder Shashank Kumar started building on a payment software prototype in 2014 alongside their full time jobs which has now evolved to multi-million dollar company.

Ryan Valles
EIR at Accel Partners. Ex-CEO and co-founder of DealsandYou

Ryan was the CEO at dealsandyou.com and a 2 time entrepreneur with advertising interests at the Terminal3 Airport in Delhi. He has over 10 years of experience in consulting and Private-equity, across the US, UK, Australia, South Africa and India and have advised very large global as well as domestic start-up businesses in strategic, commercial, operational and deal structuring issues. He is adept at growth hacking, building businesses, solving complex business problems, developing and fine tuning business models and building teams consisting of highly talented individuals. He is a digital enthusiast who thoroughly enjoys working in early stage environments as well as investing in/helping entrepreneurs.



Prithvi Ramadhyani
Investment Banker

Prithvi has worked in the Private wealth industry. He brings a strong background in finance and the ability to form strong client relationships. He is a mechanical engineer from PESIT, Bangalore & has completed all three levels of the CFA program from the CFA institute USA. Prithvi has a passion for business and enjoys researching & evaluating new business ideas. He also follows football leagues across the world and enjoys discussing league tables!


Rohith Veerajappa
Founding Member, Lean Startup Machine Bangalore | Co-founder, Wow Labz

Rohith, runs a technology services startup called Wow Labz at Bengaluru and is also the Country Manager of Lean Startup Machine, India. He is a staunch believer of the Lean Startup principles and actively engages himself in evangelising and teaching Lean. In his free time he also volunteers at organisations such as iSPIRT, Headstart Network and House of Genius


Veena Kumar
CEO, Konektup

Veena has 20+ years of total experience of which 14 + years of corporate experience with leading MNC’s like Broadcom, Open-silicon, SiRF Technology , AMD & 6 years as an Entrepreneur. She was responsible for building/managing global teams and managed complete business operations. She started her Entrepreneurial journey with Ionia Consulting a boutique firm which handled end to end business set-up for start-ups. Successfully merged with Transcendix – an HR Solutioning Company. As a Business Head she bagged several marquee clients and also set up an international office in Dubai. As a principal consultant, Veena has executed several consulting assignments predominantly with start-ups and emerging SME segments.
