Form Teams
Teams start forming and discussing ideas

Begin Work
Start to formalize teams and take an inventory of skills. Be honest, and direct about what resources and skills are needed for the weekend. You may stay and work as late as the venue will allow

As a Regional Manager for South & Central Asia with Techstars and Startup Weekend, he is responsible for the cultivation and sustained growth of vibrant startup ecosystems in India, SAARC nations (Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Bhutan, Afghanistan, Maldives) and Central Asian countries (Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan). Jayson is a thinker, maker and a community builder. He has a background in mechanical engineering and is incredibly passionate about open-source hardware technologies and frameworks! 
Jayson's venture, Sattardas, works towards enabling and empowering the Maker community by setting up and establishing Makerspaces/Tinkering Labs in Tier II and Tier III cities! With several makerspace being setup, he believes that HardTech is the future! 
Being a traveler and having bias towards action, Jayson always tries to make sure that he creates and spreads positive impact wherever he goes.
