About Startup Weekend Prison

About Startup weekend
An event for developers, designers, and entrepreneurs to hack on your latest idea. They will be able to present your own concept and form a team around it or join forces with someone else.

Startup Weekend has held 1500+ events in 150+ countries around the world, and we are looking forward to making a big dent in Hyderabad city with the help of lovely Startup enthusiasts like you by resolving real issues.

Why Prison?

It’s our constant belief that ‘The best idea can come from the quietest voice in the room’. Anyone can come up with the next big thing! We sincerely believe that no one should be left behind, for everyone has the Right to Startup! Then why should 500,000+ Indians not be able to make this world a better place?

Adversity is one of the best educators one ever has, and all of us have a lot to learn by listening and working with people who know their mistakes. People who have knowledge about the problems of a world we don’t know about.
We feel that this coming together of people with adverse and unique experiences and people with the product knowledge etc will enable us to get a better view of the lives of prisoners, the prison system in India and about society – To come up with solutions that will better the lives of prisoners, and go a long way in improving our society.

Who can Attend?
Everyone is welcome! Never mind if you are a Consultant, business specialist, designer, developer, student, founder or founder to be. If you’re passionate about Prisoners, making a social impact and some concepts that you believe could instigate a better life for them. we want to hear from you.

Ideas Encouraged for Prison:
Any idea pertains to make life better at Prisoners & for the authorities.
