Green Startup Weekend with a focus on the Environment, Natural Resources and Clean Energy

Startup Weekend is an event of educational-experimental international that will be held in 3 days (on the weekend).  The motivated participants in this program, including environmental activists, The holders(owners) of green ideas, programmers, business managers, startup lovers, marketers and designers come together to discuss their ideas in 54 hours and Forming groups and each group run their ideas. Green Startup Weekend creates ground for the introduction and implementation of ideas to protect the environment and being eco-friendly and having productive business.

Form Teams
Teams start forming and discussing ideas

Begin Work
Start to formalize teams and take an inventory of skills. Be honest, and direct about what resources and skills are needed for the weekend. You may stay and work as late as the venue will allow

Editior in chief and co-founder of Peivast Monthly

Arash is editor in chief and co founder of Peivast monthly. Known as host and editor in chief many IT and tech shows in Iran TV he is more familiar to Persian users and audience as a recognised journalist and editor in many papers in more that a decade.
His sensitive, controversial and sometimes challenging view on Iranian IT business and politics has served him well but also his role in recognition and development of some most fortunate in commerce establishment also contributed to his fame. Being a key speaker and judge in many Iran startup events across nation characterised him as a devoted mentor to promotion and development of Iranian young ICT generation. Being the editor and one of key person in Iranian first strategies and governance ICT magazine plays a key role in his rising media image.

Soroush is activing more than 15 years in the ICT industry. She is educated software engineering and executive management (MBA and DBA) and has achieved a great experience in the areas of e-commerce, digital advertising, mobile value-added systems (VAS), branding and marketing services.

Nima Nourmohammady
Freelancer at

Nima is Punysha site's founder and director. Punysha site is online outsourcing project that has create a great job market for freelancers. freelancer is the skilled one that just project. Nima has great interest in entrepreneurship and job creation, and to date has been able to create full-time and part-time job throughout Iran (online and teleworking).

Ali Haji Mohammadi

Ali, is the founder of Hamyar WordPress and is activing as contributor in the field of web design. He holds a bachelor's degree in Materials Engineering, Metallurgy Industry Trends, from Isfahan and he is living in Tehran from the start of 1392 year. he is activing on the Internet from 1382 year and we can clearly see his professional and effective presence in the last 6 years.

Amir Vahid Roudsari
Android Developer

Graduated in Master of Mobile Application Design from Kent University. He moved back to Iran in January 2013. Following his return he started to work as an iOS and Android developer. He is well known for the Airport Information application.

Hadi Farnoud

Hadi established Acamedium company after completion of Master degree in Information and Business Systems Engineering from the University of Surrey. Acamedium that supported by government financial support and RackSpace University began his career in SETSquared incubator. Two years later he founded his second startup, ANY1, also entered the mobile arena.

Elham Mahdavi

Elham has MA in Environmental Engineering at the tendency of Water and Wastewater from Tehran and from 1385 he entered the world of work and education parallel to the country's water and wastewater sector.

Reza Ghiabi

Hosein Shorestani

Hossein has a bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the Iran University of Science and Technology and a Master of Digital Technology Management from Royal Roads University of Canada. He has more than 25 years of experience in management, organizational excellence, organizational design, project management, strategic management, project management and implementation of MIS, GIS and ERP. Now, he along with teaching in universities is working as a consultant.
