Un weekend per reinventare il mondo del vino e del cibo!

TORNA STARTUP WEEKEND MILANO: UN’EDIZIONE DEDICATA AL FOOD E WINE
Dal 18 al 20 settembre si terrà l’evento organizzato dall’Associazione Italiana Sommelier, in collaborazione con Talent Garden, IBM Italia e Codemotion e patrocinata dall'Agenzia per l'Italia Digitale     

A quasi un mese dalla fine di Expo, la Associazione Italiana Sommelier, in occasione dei 50 anni di fondazione, organizza un weekend per reinventare il mondo del vino e del suo abbinamento col cibo in Italia, un punto d’incontro per coloro che sognano di realizzare una propria idea d’impresa e condividere idee innovative nell’ambito wine & food, in collaborazione con IBM, Talent Garden e Codemotion. Obiettivo di questa iniziativa è quello di ripensare una vera e propria esperienza digitale in ambito enologico ed enogastronomico, facendo leva sulle nuove tecnologie in ambito Social, Mobile, Analytics e Internet of Things.

TAG Milano, campus appartenente alla più grande rete internazionale europea di spazi di coworking Talent Garden, ospiterà dal 18 al 20 settembre presso la propria sede di via Merano, 16, lo Startup Weekend Wine & Food, iniziativa dell’Associazione Italiana Sommelier, sponsorizzato da IBM Italia e con la collaborazione di Codemotion, per permettere a tutti di realizzare le proprie idee nel campo.

I tre giorni saranno dedicati all’enogastronomia, tema principale dell’EXPO 2015. Giovani studenti, creativi e professionisti del digital saranno i protagonisti durante l’intero weekend in cui saranno chiamati a proporre e realizzare progetti che possano cambiare il mondo del food e wine. Saranno presenti esperti del settore ed investitori per supportare i partecipanti nello sviluppo delle idee presentate.

I vincitori avranno la possibilità di continuare a realizzare la propria idea all’interno degli spazi di Talent Garden, inoltre potranno volare a Berlino per partecipare allo Startup Europe Summit che si terrà all’inizio del 2016. L’Associazione Italiana Sommelier, in qualità di co-organizzatore dell’evento e per festeggiare i 50 anni della sua fondazione, offrirà l’accesso al proprio congresso annuale che si terrà a Milano il 14 e 15 novembre e metterà in palio alcune bottiglie di vino pregiato prodotte nelle migliori cantine italiane.

La formula prevede che i partecipanti si ritrovino in una vera e propria maratona di sviluppo, a partire dalla concezione di un’idea, passando per l’analisi della sua potenziale innovazione, verificando la realizzabilità attraverso l’utilizzo degli Open Data e della piattaforma di sviluppo Cloud IBM Bluemix, fino a realizzare un prototipo dell’applicazione stessa. Lo Startup Weekend vuole essere l’occasione per aggregare i migliori talenti e far nascere nuove idee utili per innovare in uno dei settori fondamentali dell’economia italiana.

After a six months internship, she joined dPixel full-time in March 2013, where she works with the team with a focus on dealflow management and on the scouting and tutoring activities for the Barcamper.Elisa is passionate about startups and emerging trends in digital technologies, always looking forward to find a determined and skilled team behind a great idea.


Guk Kim

Julie is a UX Designer for UbiquityLab in Milano. She left New York and moved to Italy in August 2013 to complete her Master in Interaction Design at Domus Academy. She brings experience working for digital agencies, startups and technology companies. Julie has coached Startup Weekend in New York, Milano and Torino. She is a mentor for Thinkful and has been an online instructor for General Assembly and Google for Entrepreneurs. Past speaking appearances include Droidcon Italy 2015, interaction14, SXSW Interactive 2010 & 2011, Netroots Nation, IPDI's Politics Online and Organizing 2.0.

Ha di recente gestito per conto di Lattanzio KIBS le attività quotidiane dell’acceleratore di startup nei “settori creativi” in Kuwait, all’interno di un progetto condotto dal World Bank Group, e supporta le startup nei due incubatori Pépinières d’Entreprises in Valle d'Aosta.

Alessandro is a curious individual, dynamic and adventurer. He has a strong passion and attitude for cooking and food, for regional and street food, for quality, history and tradition. He holds a M.Sc. in Management Engineering, that gave him the opportunity to face innovative and challenging research projects. Thanks to a Startup Weekend, attended in Perth (WA) that opened him the door at crowdfunding's world, he co-founded and built WOOP food, crowdfunding platform for Italian Agriculture and Food projects.


Garo Drameryan
Founder & ex-Owner @ Cliccaemangia.it (currently business advisor @ Just Eat)

Garo was born in Istanbul and obtained his B. Sc in Electronics and Communication Engineering, came to Italy in 2005 and obtained the M.Sc. in  Management Engineering. Worked as software/product developer for more than 10 years in different companies. In 2009 launched the beta version of Cliccaemangia.it and made his exit to Just Eat in May 2015. Currently looking for his next adventure
