As COO at Techfugees, a non-profit coordinating the tech community's answer to the refugee needs, she helps structure the organisation structure in 25 countries and focus its activities on tech that makes the most impact for refugees and NGOs. As tech evangelist for a web-based recruitment platform, Yborder, she supports the mobility of software engineers within the borders of Europe.

Mr. Mutawe began his journey of success & struggle in Operation & telecommunication field since 1996.

Mr. Mutawe Joined Zain Jordan (Fastlink) in Y2000; he became the core network manager four years later; he was responsible for the main switching and VAS divisions of Zain Jo Network.

Mr. Mutawe became the head of engineering department in Y2009.
Two years later he became the Chief Technology Officer of Zain Jordan; heading Engineering and IT departments.

Mr. Mutawe reached Zain Network to the top of success to be the best network operator in both years 2012 & 2014 in the region.
Additionally; Mr. Mutawe managed to design and introduce many new telecom services.
During his term as CTO; Zain Jo transformed from GSM only to fully integrated operator, doubled the network size & deployed multi technology network( 2G,3G,4G), and were the first to deploy End-to-End FTTx Network in Jordan; 

In the last quarter of 2014, Mr. Mutawe became the Chief Operating Officer of Zain Jordan.

Muhannad Taslaq
CEO and Co-Founder of Mixed Dimensions Inc.

Driven by his childhood hobby and passion for gaming and content creation, in 2013, Muhannad Taslaq co-founded Mixed Dimensions Inc. - a US-Jordanian software technology startup specialized in 3D printing, gaming, and CAD - in order to increase the availability of error-free 3D files that are ready for use on any 3D printer and to disrupt the gaming and toys industry with innovative 3D Printing applications, Mixed Dimensions won several local and regional competitions and attracted investment from Silicon Valley Veterans like Alsop Louie Partners, Dolby Family Ventures and Draper Athena Fund alongside Chinese Investors Longling Capital and Jordan’s leading VC Silicon Badia 

Prior to co-founding Mixed Dimensions, Taslaq established a gaming startup in 2006 called SSS Studio, He also held numerous positions in Software Engineering, Product Development, Project Management, and Business Development at several IT companies and governmental entities. These included MonU-Tech Information Systems, Astra, and the ICT Association of Jordan, where he headed efforts to promote Jordan as a technology development hub. 

A gaming enthusiast, an interactive 3D aficionado and multiple award winner, Taslaq is renowned for his contributions toward building a strong IT and gaming community in the Middle East. Moreover, his passion for reshaping the technology sector was further manifested upon co-founding TechJordan, a non-profit that supports IT professionals in Jordan. Rami Al-Karmi
Entrepreneurship & Investment Advisor at Zain

Rami Al-Karmi is a proud geek, investor, and widely recognized adviser on strategy, business model innovation, and building lean startup ecosystems.  an LP & Mentor at 500 Startups in San Francisco. 
He founded his 1st startup at the age of 19. Till date, his footprint includes more than 100 companies in MENA and Silicon Valley that he either invested in, mentored, served on their boards of directors, or advisory boards.
Rami holds an Electrical Engineering degree from University of Jordan, he completed the Venture Capital Executive Program at HAAS UC Berkeley, and “The Leading for the future”, and “The Leading, Organizing for Action” Executive Programs at Harvard Kennedy School, and the Senior Executive Education Program at UC San Diego. He currently serves on the board of trustees at Elia Nuqul Foundation, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Arcoten Holdings, and Octonious. Rami is a passionate advocate of the Lean Startup and customer development methodology and is a regular judge, mentor & keynote speaker at the region's important entrepreneurship & technology events.

Ali utilizes social media for his business and initiatives and has a massive number of followers on Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIN
Ali has more than 18 years of experience in the IT field in Jordan and the USA. He began his career with Oracle as a sales specialist, then moved up the ladder to be the sales manager at ExecuTrain in Miami, Florida. He then moved back to Jordan to become the sales manager at STS Microsoft and Paynet departments. Today, he is the founder and General Manager of REACH 2.0 a leading social media company specializing in digital marketing and branding in Jordan, UAE, Qatar and KSA.Ali has a website where he writes about the latest in digital media and other related technology topics. ( also has passion for community service where he established his NGO “Under My Olive Tree” that empowers the local community through education and creating sustainable projects. Today UMOT supports 39 less fortunate university students in addition to 3,000 orphans in Jordan.

Ibrahim Farouk

Dr.Ibrahim had his Bachelor of Pharmacy and pharmaceutical manufacturing in 2001. He worked as a researcher and Director of the research projects of the Egyptian Ministry of Health and the League of Arab States. He completed his Master of Management and Marketing in the American University in Cairo. And worked as the Director of development, and the Rehabilitation Project funded by the medical team of US aid to Egypt. Dr, Ibrahim is an Expert in Business Development: and oversaw the establishment of more than forty projects. He is also an expert in "project guidance" in the forsa project;in collaboration with the British Embassy in Amman. Holds an international marketer licence (IMC). Specializes in alternative and renewable energy - Green Marketing - sociology, philosophy and media. His five years achievement was the establishment of renewable energy plants in a number of Arab countries - to help a number of investors to engage in successful investments in addition to help a number of entrepreneurs

Mohammad Albattikhi
Acceleration Manager at Oasis500

Mohammad Albattikhi is the Acceleration Manager at Oasis500. He is also an entrepreneur, a consultant and a trainer. He guide entrepreneurs by helping them define the scope of their companies and providing them with the tools and contacts necessary to achieve meaningful milestones with their business ventures. 

Prior to joining Oasis500, Mohammad co-founded and directed Western Michigan University’s Business Accelerator, Starting Gate.  He also founded various startups in the technology, creative and social space. 

He is also involved with many global organizations that are fostering the startup ecosystem, such as Startup Blink, Startup Grind, Startup Weekend and Startup Digest. 

Mohammad has an MBA from Western Michigan University, where he worked as a Research and Teaching Assistant at the Marketing and Management departments. He focused his studies and research on entrepreneurship, business modeling and disruptive innovation.
