Partner in RSG Capital

Tatjana Zabasu is a Partner in RSG Capital, Slovenia-based VC investing in early stage tech companies in SEE. Among others, she serves on boards of ShoutEm, Efos and eDition Digital. Prior to joining RSG Capital, Tatjana was a corporate finance adviser in Deloitte, mainly engaged in transaction services, M&A advisory and in-depth company reviews. Earlier in her career, as the Head of the Office of the Minister of the Economy, she was involved in implementing the programs for entrepreneurship promotion, focusing for the most part on the development of business clusters. Tatjana is actively involved in the start-up community in the region as a mentor and adviser and regularly participates at start-up events.

Spark.me

Itana is a member of Spark.me organizing team, conference with one of the biggest startup competitions in the region. Spark.me is an interactive conference designed to unlock your creativity. Itana is also a blogger and digital enthusiast with a special interest in the IoT startups. She is passionate about social media and free hugs.

More than 15 years professional experience in telecommunications and finance sectors, leading new business development and transformational projects. Strong education in engineering and business administration and strong track record in business strategy development, projects execution and merger and acquisitions. Currently leading the team for innovations and New business development, including ICT business in Makedonski Telekom responsible for ICT products development initiatives and Telekom Cloud partner program development.


Luka Sučić
Business Development and investment Manager at Hub:raum

Luka is a Business Development and investment Manager at Hub:raum. Before this, he was an innovation specialist and a product manager in Croatian Telekom linking new business opportunities with corporation. Before his corporate ventures he was building his own startups and bussinesses in various spaces. He is a master pitcher, storyteller and a product builder so you can expect mentoring in those areas

Dražen is co-founder of Tour Via Me, the first Montenegrin startup. He is very active in building startup community in Montenegro. Dražen organized, lectured and mentored many startup events, meetups and workshops. He is an electrical engineer passionate about music, travel, marketing and philosophy.


Stoyan Dipchikov
CTO @ Despark

Stoyan, better known as Dippi, is one of Despark's pioneers and has been with the company since it was well a startup! He is also sort of a genius - he started working as a developer at age 16. An engineer by degree he has over 10 years of experience in professional web development and is fluent in PHP, HTML, JavaScript, Ruby, and MySQL. His new passion is Laravel. 

As Despark's CTO Dippi is involved in essentially everything - from project and resource management to recruitment, customer satisfaction, all technical matters and Despark school.

Vele Samak
Guru for attracting foreign investments, Marketing, Technology & Finance Professional, Entrepreneur, Runner

Vele Samak has been appointed Minister for attracting FDI four times since 2006 and is the most senior Government official executing policies to secure investment opportunities in Macedonia for some of the largest companies. Using direct campaigns and events, Minister Samak has developed relationships with hundreds of C-level executives across Europe, United States and Asia in many industries. Among the foreign investors in Macedonia, Samak is most responsible for some of the largest including Johnson Matthey (UK), Dräxlmaier (DE), Kromberg & Schubert (DE), Van Hool (BE), Marquardt (DE), Coficab (TN) creating more than 9000 jobs and more than $1B in exports annually. Prior to his Government role, Samak was leading marketing at Microsoft for SQL Server and BI products for the US enterprise market. Before joining Microsoft, Vele Samak was VP at Citigroup where he developed quantitative products to help investors implement investment strategies. With experience in two start-ups, he has early and strong technology and entrepreneurial background. Samak has BA in economics from The University of Chicago and an MBA in marketing from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.


Stefan Cvetanovski
Senior Software Engineer

Active member and contributor of MKDOT.NET user group. Mobile and web enthusiast trying to get the best of both worlds, while still remaining neutral in the dilemma Mobile versus Web. He has worked on few start-ups in the last few years, helping their technical growth.


Aleksandar Paunkovski
Co-founder at G6 and Black

Aleks is a co-founder of G6 and Black. He is a software engineer with huge experience in developing Android mobile applications, as well as monetization, analytics and advertising. Over the years Aleks has worked on many international IT projects, and also created and developed software solutions and products. He is geek about computer science and technology. Android developer since version 1.1 of the platform, a huge car lover and an active supporter of the Macedonian startup community.

UX/UI Designer

UX/UI Designer with more than 9 years of experience and 4 years of experience in mobile applications, specifically with startups.

William Asiama
Co-Founder of H-Sense, Lead Co-Organizer of Codefest

With his passion for technology and innovation put in service of humanity, William has a great energy for startups and believes in youth being the vehicle that can transform the IT society not only in Macedonia, but everywhere. As Co-Founder of a successful startup H-Sense, over the course of the past 4 years he got quite a lot of hands-on experience with the ups and downs of building startups and is ready to share that with emerging startups. He is also a Lead Co-Organizer of Codefest for 3 years now, a programming marathon for students from all over the country that aims to motivate them to start their own companies and products.
