Founder and CEO of X3M Labs

Pece is entrepreneur and investor with IT background with over 10 years of experience in managing companies and creating start-ups. Founder and CEO of X3M Labs and founder in several other companies. Investors in several Macedonian Start-ups independently and with organised business angel communities like CEED.


Ivana Stankovic

Ivana is an Investment Manager at South Central Ventures, which, through its Enterprise Innovation Fund (ENIF), focuses on fueling the business expansion and growth of the most promising tech startups in the Balkans. She has extensive experience in consulting and corporate finance and is looking forward to put it to work in the dynamic world of tech start-ups that are tailoring our future.


Damian Damjanovski
Co-Founder, Common V

Damian Damjanovski is Co-Founder of Common V, a part incubator, part agency using experimentations and lean methodology to solve client problems and create original ideas and products. Originally from a corporate background at one of Australia’s largest blue chip companies, AMP as an Intrepreneur, Damian’s extreme passion for technology, and it’s practical application in business, communications and creativity then took him across to world of advertising. Taking up the role of Digital Strategist at BMF in 2008 then moving to Ogilvy & Mather in early 2010 to work alongside creative director Brian Merrifield as Ogilvy's Innovation team – Damian has been pivotal in developing effective strategic approaches across a broad range of brands, and has brought to life a range of interesting technology pieces for clients. He also lectures through industry bodies and keeps himself regularly involved in events as a speaker and panellist.


Max Gurvits
CCC Startups

Max Gurvits is a US/European entrepreneur and investor. Graduated as a lawyer, Max founded an online legal services company in Amsterdam in 2008. In 2011, he sold the business and moved to Bulgaria, where he co-founded one of the biggest regional tech acceleration programs and funds (Eleven Startup Accelerator and EUR 12m seed fund). Active in Europe and the Middle East as startup advisor and (angel) investor, Max is particularly focused on Eastern Europe and the Balkans.
In 2014, Max co-founded CCC Startups, a partnership focused on investments and ecosystem-building across Europe and the Middle East, producing Startup AddVenture events and launching a new regional investment fund in 2015.

My name is Yane Naumoski and I'm an experienced UI/UX designer. I love designing stuff. I love the challenge of it and the fun of it: the crazy quest for new ideas, exploring the hidden possibilities of every single idea and carrying out the one with the greatest potential, and, of course, the satisfaction of a work well done. Besides working as a designer, I dabble in photography.


Igor Madzov

Igor is a passionate entrepreneur, investor and unconditionally supports the development of MK Startups and growth of Macedonian Startup Ecosystem. He is driven by Innovation, technology and sustainable development  mentors in the field ofBusiness development and Lead Generation for Startups and SME's. He is active in the Civil sector and nothings speaks better for his character than his charity work and passion for cooking.


Ergest Nako
Community Developer and Support Manager

Ergest holds a MSc Degree in Information and Communication Technology from Tirana University. He has more than 10 years of experience in the ICT Sector, Information Security, Project management, Business Process Management and recently into entrepreneurship. Currently, he is focused on growing the startup ecosystem in Tirana as a community developer for Protik. He has been a very active member of the community and has been part of the organizing team of Startup Weekend Tirana, TedX Tirana, Startup Pirates, etc.

Nina Angelova
CEO and Co-founder of Grouper.mk

Nina Angelovska e CEO and co-founder of the first Macedonian web site for group discounts, Grouper.mk, which caused a revolution in online buying and became the market leader in e-commerce.
In the competition for the most innovative business plan organized by NCDiel in 2010 she wins and receives a cash prize with which she starts her own business.
Nina Angelovska is on the list of 100 successful women founders of start-ups in Europe (100 Female Founders Europe) which together eminent German magazine The Hundert, and then The Forbes share it.
Nina is a speaker and lecturer at numerous events conferences and training, and most recently she is a mentor to several academies.


Alexey Sidorenko

Alexey is an expert on the Russian internet, social  entrepreneur, and an experienced web developer. His knowledge of the Russian new media and politics field includes web development, data analysis, regional political analysis, freedom of online speech issues, reporting, and editing.



Natasa Petkova
Senior marketing communication specialist at Makedonski Telekom

My processional life has been occupied with technology, marketing and startups. Even though I now work for the biggest national corporation, I'm a great supporter off the local startup community in Macedonia. I have been working with startups since 2009, organizing competitions, trainings and events for web and mobile entrepreneurs. I have been a Startup Weekend Organizer and organized the first four events in Macedonia, as well as supported over 40 startups through my engagement in the first businesses incubator and business accelerator in the country. My specialties are in business development, marketing communications, project management and event management


Michal Kacerik
CTO at SaferPass

Michal as CTO at SaferPass (US founded startup) leads the product and distribution team. He is also co-founder of BeeSafe - personal mobile safety application, which won Startup Weekend Zilina 2013.
Active in the Slovak startup scene, regular Startup Weekend mentor and mentor at Pioneers festival.
Has experience in digital marketing, consumer software distribution, performance marketing, software engineering and digital security.

Filip Petkovski
Web developer & CEO of CornerCase

Filip is a web developer who has worked on both commercial and open-source projects. His software development career started with two Google Summer of Code projects in the field of machine translation and language processing. After graduating he spent a year working as a full stack developer for In2 Ltd Zagreb. 
He has been working actively as a freelancer for the past two years and now holds the position of CEO at CornerCase.

Orce Petreski

Orce Petreski is a Technical Lead currently working in Seavus. He is also a Technical Lecturer, Mentor and Coordinator in the SEDC CodeAcademy and the new SEDC Business Simulator. 
He is heavily involved in working with people and tech, either as a mentor or a friend, or generally somebody who loves to hang around and do cool new stuff.

Igor Izotov is the community manager at the Seavus Incubator. He brings wide range of expertise mainly in the financial modelling, investment analysis and business development areas. CEO of CodeWell and MarkO TSB and aside the usual CEO obligations he is mostly engaged with product development.

Besides the usual, he was engaged as an Android instructor (teaching courses Mobile App Development for VIP, as well as teaching Android Development course at Boston University - Boston), mentor & speaker.

He is educated as a software engineer at the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Mathematics (and later Faculty of Computer Science and Engineering) and doing master studies at the Boston University - USA.


Martin Ancevski

Martin has deep scientific knowledge in multiple areas in IT and wide pallet of tech skills due to his fast learning abilities and logical understanding. Keen about architectures, algorithms, and artificial intelligence he always finds the way to introduce innovative and disruptive solutions.

Taking the role of CTO at CodeWell and MarkO TSB, he is usually engaged with the tech team leading them to the right path towards the solutions on a daily basis.
