Andrew's experience gives him the knowledge and tools to use real world examples to solve problems and develop people centered workflows. He takes a "people based" approach when applying both Business Analysis and improving Process Management. This, combined with an appreciation of good design, creates a great approach to User Experience, Product Management and System Architecture.
