Startup weekend Bodø kommer tilbake i april 2017. Denne gangen vil vi jobbe med smartby som tema og vi vil gjerne høre ideene dine. Andre grunderideer er også velkomne, og du trenger ikke å ha en ide selv for å delta. Hvis du er interessert i entreprenørskap og ønsker å teste dine ferdigheter i ulike teams og i et risikofritt miljø, så er dette det arrangementet du ikke vil gå glipp av.

Det vanskeligste med å starte bedrift eller å lage et nytt produkt er å komme i gang. Denne intensive helgen gir deg muligheten til å fokusere praktisk på dette, møte folk du ellers ikke ville ha møtt og kanskje lære nye ferdigheter du kan ta med deg videre. Smartby-helg Bodø er et ideelt miljø for grundernysgjerrige og hobbymakere som liker å snekre noe sammen, enten det er med hammer eller datamaskin.

Du bestemmer hva du vil jobbe med:
1. Makerspace/ Lage en prototype/produkt
2. Grunder/ Lage prototype og forretningsmodell

Helgen er et 54-timers arrangement, der grupper helst består av en god blanding av ulik kompetanse. Enten det er data, spill, grafisk design og arduino, eller om du brenner for markedsføring, byutvikling, entreprenørskap eller økonomi. Det dannes grupper rundt de beste ideene og sammen jobber man med å utvikle en prototype, demo eller presentasjon av ideen frem til søndagskveld. En jury kårer da vinnere i ulike kategorier. Det oppfordres deretter til å ta ideen videre til andre inkubatorer eller arrangementer i Bodø, slik som DnB Next eller Gnist grunderuke.

Friday April 28th

Arrive at the venue and get checked in

Welcome and speakers
Opening ceremony by Bodø Municipality and Heidi Thommesen. Review agenda for the weekend and introduce speakers, coaches and community leaders. Speaker Lars Kintel about being an entrepreneur.

Introduction to program and advice
Introduction to weekend and program by facilitator.

Break to mingle and think about your pitch

Line up to give your pitch in one minute - 60 seconds!

Voting
Attendees vote for the top pitches

Result of ideas to work on
Ideas with the most votes or with dedicated members gets chosen. After this, teams form.


8:30 pm
Form Teams
Teams start forming and discussing ideas. Remember to find competence you need on your team. You can work alone but try finding members.


9:00 pm
Begin Work
Start to formalize teams and take an inventory of skills. Be honest, and direct about what resources and skills are needed for the weekend. You may stay and work as late as the venue will allow

Lunch by DNB and speakers
Lunsj fra Bodø Bakeri med smørbrød. Banksjef Liv Bente Kristoffersen vil fortelle om hvordan DNB hjelper og støtter grundere i Bodø og i hele Norge. Odd Levi Paulsen vil fortelle om sin reise som grunder og utviklingen som pågår med det smarte bedriftsystemet Internia.

Næringssjef Bodø Kommune

Heidi Thommesen er næringssjef i Bodø kommune og har lang erfaring fra blant annet KPMG og Poweroffice. Heidi vil offisielt åpne arrangementet på fredag. 


Liv Bente Kristoffersen
Banksjef i DNB

På lørdag vil DNB Banksjef Liv Bente Kristoffersen vil holde et innlegg om hvordan banken hjelper grundere og hvilke program de har å tilby. Hun vil også fortelle om ulike caser til inspirasjon. DNB spanderer lunsj på lørdag.

Lars Kintel develops products that change industries. He even have a background as Business Advisor for other Indigenous youths starting business.

As the founder and CEO of both Startup Norway and Angel Challenge, Maja has been a driving force in putting the Norwegian startup community on the global stage and contributed to the growth of the Norwegian startup scene. Through her dedication at Startup Norway and Angel Challenge, Maja has created a strong foundation for several Norwegian startup communities, such as kickstarting Norway's first Startup Weekend in Oslo back in 2010, and initiating Startup Extreme in 2015, an international startup conference and -festival in the Norwegian wilderness.

Knut Wien
Co-founder Angel Challenge

Knut Wien has since his education at NTNU School of Entrepreneurship been an active participant in the Norwegian and Oslo Startup Scene, with amongst other things Startup Summer, Startup Weekend, and now Angel Challenge. 

For the last year he has been one of the founders behind the startup investment program Angel Challenge where he is now CEO. Angel Challenge is aiming to engage new investors to invest together in startup companies. 

As a student he cofounded the education rating platform Classmate.no before working three years as a business developer and intrapreneur in Inspera AS playing a key roll in establishing a new solution for online examination in higher education.

Jernej Dekleva
Program Manager @ InnoPeaks

Jernej is originally from Slovenia and has recently relocated from Denmark to Switzerland. After working at Y Combinator backed startup, he joined an accelerator as Program Manager at InnoPeaks, where he is helping entrepreneurs scale the next generation of healthtech and insurtech companies. He attended his first Startup Weekend in 2012 and he is an organizer and facilitator of Startup Weekend since 2014.

Jernej was a lead organizer at Europe's first ever Startup Weekend Mega. A Startup Weekend with 4 tracks: Smart City&IoT, Healthcare, Media and Services running simultaneously at same venue over a weekend. By this date it's Europe's biggest Startup Weekend with 300+ attendees.
