Adel Al-Hubaishi holds over 15 years of experience locally and globally in the area of management and business advisory.

Having been a team leader at international organisations for more than a decade and a Group General Manager of a holding company made of six independent subsidiaries managing 15.5M Bahraini Dinar worth of assets, Adel was able to develop a solid and practical foundation of the challenges and opportunities that many small and medium enterprises face. His skills centre on Business Development, Marketing, Strategic Planning, and Contract management, to name a few. Adel seeks to make a difference in people´s lives. Saleh Alkhamyasi

Saleh Abdullah Alkhamyasi, Master of Public Administration and Master of English Literature.Head of Human Resources AlMouj Golf. A freelance writer and translator. A passionate Toastmaster who is in a mission to bring the best  out of the Omani Youth to empower then to realize their true potential through coaching and inspiring them to reap the fruits of Toastmasters as platform for communication and leadership skills. Has been a passionate mentor for many toastmasters to win contests. Incubator Manager

Maha AlBalushi has a vast experience in entrepreneurship and project management. She is the Incubator Managing Director in Oman Technology Fund (OTF). Prior to working at OTF, she managed 2 different Incubators one for Innovation Park Muscat, The Research Council (Scientific based Incubator) and Sas Center for Entrepreneurship, Information Technology Authority (ICT based Incubator). She received her Master Degree from The National University of Singapore. She won the 1st prize in 2 competitions the UAE IT Challenge (Regional) and the Big Business Idea Competition (BBIC) (Local). She was invited as a jury member in many competitions local competitions related to innovation and entrepreneurship. In addition, she has many professional certificates such as dealing with media during crisis – by Al Jazeera Network – Qatar, Bullet proof course – in leadership, Project Management course etc.


Nermeen Marzouk
Financial Advisor

Nermeen Marzouk is a Finance and Investment Consultant with 12 years of experience acquired at leading global financial institutions and is currently a Business Development Consultant at the Public Authority for SME Development (Riyada) in the Sultanate of Oman. Prior to joining Riyada, Nermeen was an Associate Investment Officer at the International Finance Corporation (IFC), the private sector arm of the World Bank Group, in its Cairo office where she covered investment opportunities in the Middle East & North Africa region. Before joining IFC, Nermeen worked at Commercial International Bank (CIB), Egypt's largest private sector bank, in its Strategic Planning Department as well as Vantage Capital, a South Africa-based private equity and mezzanine fund, in its Cairo office. 
Nermeen has a BSc of Business Administration from the American University in Cairo (AUC) with a concentration in finance and an MSc in Finance & Management from Cranfield University in the UK.

Umaima Al Ghadani
Investments Manager

Ms. Umaima Al Ghadani is Manager Investments with Sharakah. Umaima joined Sharakah more than 6 years ago as an Investment Analyst and has gone up the ladder in over the period. She has analyzed and appraised large number of Business Plans and Feasibility Studies in the SME Sector and helped them right from scratch to blossom and thus contributed in Oman’s economy as well.    Umaima is a holder of an MBA from SQU and a bachelor in Accounting from HCT. Main areas of expertise are business analysis, financial planning, and project implementation. She is passionate about handholding an entrepreneur from the stage of having an idea, building up a business plan, and successfully executing the project.


Naseer AL Musalhi

An Omani young with 20+ years overall experience, 15+ years in IT Field. Software Developing, Web Developing, Networking, Database administrator, SharePoint and all of IT related equipment’s. Good team leader and organizer. Good Communication skills. Education: having Msc in computer science (Computer networks) and Bachelor Degree in computer applications which is expands my knowledge in two different paths (Software development and computer networks) Professional Training: having 20+ professional courses in software development, Networks and recently mobile applications developments. Investment Company
Prior to ATI, Abeer worked in TBWA/ZEENAH as an account manager for top brands in Oman such as
Omantel, Haya Water, and Ministry of Tourism among others.  Abeer also held the role of business
development and branding manager were she handled some of the biggest branding projects locally
such as the re-branding The Research Council and Duqm Terminal. She also worked as a senior Arabic
copywriter working for various international and regional accounts such as Audi, VW, Mercedes and
many others.  Abeer holds a master degree in “Strategic Marketing” from University of Wollongong,

Hamood AlHamdan

With 15 years’ work experience in the government sector, Hamood upholds expertise in the areas of Entrepreneurship and Startups, Capacity and Talent Development, Innovation and Technology. He started his career as a software developer with Royal Oman Police working in the National Registration System for three years. After joining Information Technology Authority he started as a project manager of the government software licensing agreements then moved on to a capacity building program focused on ICT job seekers and professionals. Hamood also played a key role in the establishment and execution of a Technology innovation project called later as Innovation Factory Center.
