Azhar Rizvi
CEO at Cambridge Advisors Network

Azhar Rizvi  is a serial entrepreneur who has established a number of startups and as a mentor has coached a number of companies and teams in building successful ventuers. The chapter with leading role played by Azhar has been engaged in developing the entrepreneurial eco-system in Pakistan. He has served as the Member on the Global Advisory Board of MIT Enterprise Forum Global ( 2012-2014 ). He is currently working as the President and Member Board of Directors of Cambridge Advisors Network a boutique consulting firm working towards building the entrepreneurial ecosystem by bridging the gap between industry and academia. Azhar is considered to be among the pioneers of establishing building plan competitions in Pakistan and has designed and executed several Business Acceleration and Startup Competitions in Pakistan. He is also an avid trainer and has several workshops, boot camps and training sessions on business planning for students, academia and industry.

Having spent 14 years in the tech industry, Faizan Laghari is one of the most prominent seasoned entrepreneurs. His  devotion for the entrepreneurs made him create Pakistan's 1st co-working space. The last-mile logistics company Forrun, SMS interaction system Textualy and the famous event-discovery and ticketing company Happening PK are some of his finest works. After leaving 3 companies which were later acquired, Faizan now works on his new ideas.

Rabia Garib is the CEO and co-founder of Rasala Publications where her responsibilities include business strategies, content development, training and design. Her passion for information technology, education and technology trade journalism are profound and are categories that will change the face of the world as we know it today. Based on her experience in technology trade media and convergence of different media platforms since 1998, she was selected as an Eisenhower Fellow, to represent Pakistan in the 2-month Multi Nation Program amongst 24 other countries, and specialized in the field of technology Trade Journalism and New Media. She is the Editor-in Chief of a local edition of the world’s largest technology business leadership magazine brand, CIO and more recently, heading up one of the world’s largest technology consumer magazines, PC World Pakistan.

Program Manager

Akash is an economics major with previous experience in the investment banking industry as a project manager. He is a firm believer in the potential for technology to continuously change lives, and is extremely enthusiastic about global entrepreneurship and technology trends. He is also the founder of a location based mobile app startup in private beta. At The Nest i/o, he is the Program Manager, and works with the startups to help them think critically and apply best practices.
