Andreas Galster
Head of product at mClinica, co-founder of Product PH

Andreas leads the product team at mClinica and is the co-founder of Product PH, a community for product managers and product builders in the Philippines. Andreas is a two times startup weekend Manila winner and began his venture into the startup scene at SWMNL.

Magellan Fetalino
CEO and Founder, Acudeen Technologies, Inc

Mario Jordan "Magellan" Fetalino III is the Founder and CEO of Acudeen Technologies, Inc., an online peer to peer marketplace for receivable discounting in the Philippines, winner of Seedstars Global 2017 & Founder Institute's Best Global Fintech 2017, and regarded by IDC as one of the Top 10 fastest growing fintechs in the Philippines.

Magellan created a facility that provides accessible financing to underbanked SMEs in the Philippines by letting them sell their receivables from multinationals and blue chip companies to Acudeen's Financing Partner Network. Within its first 7 months of launching, they have successfully transacted over 50M PHP worth of receivables with 0% default and 4% repayment delay rate out of over 1000 transactions.

He is also one of the partners of the recently launched Original Pitch Venture Capital Firm.

Natasha Bautista
Head of Operations

Natasha heads the Operations of QBO, Philippine’s first innovation hub and startup platform. QBO is the first of its kind public-private partnership initiative in the country specifically geared to provide resources, connections and support to accelerate the growth of Philippine startup companies.

Natasha has been in the startup scene since 2013 when she was only 21 years old. She brought over Grab to Philippines when she was just an intern and in a span of 3 years, lead the company to what it is today with Head of GrabCar as her last role.

Since then, she has been helping both foreign and local startups start and continue operations in the country. Her passion for development, whether it be as an individual, as a team or company, or as a nation, fuels her drive to empower the people and companies she works with.

Anderson Tan
Angel Investor, Enterpriser

Anderson Tan has exited 10 companies; 2 of his own by acquisition and another 8 via angel investments like Snapchat which filed for an IPO. He has 11 unicorns under his Angel investments including Space X, Palantir, Pineterest, Lyft, Coursera, Circle and limited partner at Y Combinator to name a few.

Anderson recently co-founded Documo an AI startup, Partner at MicroVentures international crowd equity platform, Co-owner of Proudcloud, Partner and Board Member of Launchgarage co-working space and VC firm, Co-founder and Board of Directors at Masingngo group. Besides being a startup co-founder and business owner he is also an Angel investor, advisor, board member and mentor in startups globally. He is an admin at Cryptocurrency Philippines, co-founded ICO Philippines and partner at Crypto Pros ICO whale club. He is on the advisory board of the non profit Lifeboat Foundation.

Education is a life long continuous journey for Anderson thus he has finished a degree, cerificate or executive education in the following institutions: Singularity University Global Solutions Program 2016, International Space University Executive Space program, Hive Global Leadership program, Landmark Education, Dale Carnegie Training, Asian Institute of Management, Center for Creative Leadership, The Wharton School and Oxford Brookes University. He was one of the first Philippine citizens to graduate from Singularity University. He has also close to 100 certificates from online courses on platforms such as Coursera, Edx, Udemy, etc.

His passion, interest and verticals are in the fields of space, robotics, AI and blockchain technologies.

Nina Keizer
General Manager at NXTLVL Academy

Nina Keizer is the General Manager of NXTLVL Academy, a training provider in the Philippines that helps companies build their tech teams and guides students who want to start their tech careers.

Nina has degrees in both Design and Marketing Advertising, both completed in the Netherlands. Before she moved to the Philippines in October 2016, Nina has lived in several countries in Europe and has been part of digital marketing teams for the past 3 years.

Her experiences with Philippine-based tech start-ups, both large & small size companies, have given her a good understanding of how to build tech teams. Today, Nina's main focus is to connect with professionals and design training programs that support the tech industry in the Philippines. 

Her love for the Philippines and its culture is what drives Nina's passion every day. She is also known for her Youtube channel NienMeetsWorld where she showcases the beauty of the Philippines and it's people.

Diane Eustaquio
Executive Director at Ideaspace Foundation, Inc.

Diane is the Executive Director of IdeaSpace. She is responsible for managing the foundation’s flagship incubation and acceleration program. Prior to IdeaSpace, Diane served as Executive Assistant to the Head of Strategy for First Pacific Company Ltd where she gained exposure in closing deals, M&As and strategy management.  

Diane also brings her experience in people and government relations, and manufacturing which she gained from previous roles in the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) and in the semiconductor manufacturing industry as manager of Analog Devices Philippines’ Total Quality Management Program. 

​She took her undergraduate studies in  B. A. Organizational Communication (cum laude) from the University of the Philippines – Manila, where she focused her research papers and thesis on team cohesion.

Winston Damarillo
Executive Chairman at Amihan Global Strategies

Winston Damarillo a Silicon Valley veteran with over twenty years of experience as a technology entrepreneur and venture capital professional with a proven track record of building successful companies.
He serves as the Executive Chairman of Amihan Global Strategies, a strategic consulting firm specializing in Digital Enterprise Transformation for the largest corporations in the ASEAN region. 
Winston was a venture capitalist at Intel Capital, where he led strategic investments in emerging technologies. He eventually became one of the highest-performing venture capital professionals in the company. He left Intel to develop technology products and nurture talent in emerging markets like the Philippines and bring them to the global stage.
After Intel, he focused his efforts at growing Gluecode, a company specializing in Java Server Software. Gluecode was acquired by IBM in 2005, and is now an integral part of the IBM WebSphere division. 
In 2013, Winston co-founded Acaleph, pioneering software-defined storage in Southeast Asia. He also concurrently chaired the Board of Directors at Exist Software Labs, an AGSX affiliate company and award-winning leader in enterprise software development.
Damarillo is an active participant and member of the Global Agenda Council in the World Economic Forum (WEF) and was among the WEF Young Global Leaders of 2010. He was also a private sector representative for the country to the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC), where he chairs the Policy Partnership on Science, Technology and Innovation.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from De La Salle University, and has completed executive courses from the Harvard Business School, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Harvard Kennedy School, and the University of Oxford.

Baptiste Leroux
CEO Startechup Inc & Startup Oasis

Baptiste has over 12 years of IT experience, working with some of the most successful
corporations such as Oracle, Electronic Arts (EA), Swiss bank, and IT consulting firm. As computer science engineer the goal was not simply to implement technical solutions, but mainly to work closely with business units to come up with tailor made solutions that will reinvent, optimize and accelerate business through technology.

After working for some time in Silicon Valley, he decided to start his own Social Enterprise.
This Web Social Startup was awarded at the CSR international congress, and was warmly welcome by very large international corporation for its social impact.

Since then he started 2 more ventures to help developing innovative solutions, and support entrepreneurship. His team has been working on dozens of great Web & Mobile projects, from Food Tech, Smart homes, IoT, Health tech, and many more verticals.

Phil Smithson

Phil Smithson hails from the UK and holds a first class honours degree in Software Engineering. He is an Industry Advisory Board member and faculty member at Adamson University and offers User Experience strategy and mentoring to local companies through On-Off Group, IdeaSpace and Founders Institute amongst others. He is a Director of On-Off Group and has been helping companies design experiences for over 10 years and has taught UX to over 1,500 people.

Christopher Star
Growth Hacker & Marketing Consultant

Christopher Star is the Managing Partner & Co-Founder of XS by XS, an on-demand digital marketing agency for startups and brands in Southeast Asia. He also currently serves as a Marketing Director at We The Pvblic, a Partner at Techtonic Summit, City Chapter Head at Tech in Asia, and Brand Ambassador at

His track record speaks for itself. He formerly lead the regional marketing efforts for several tech startups such as GuavaPass, HappyFresh, Duriana, Paktor, Lazada and many more.

Adria Villarroya

Adria is the CEO of GovTech Southeast Asia, a platform that promotes and helps government agencies in Southeast Asia embracing innovation. Prior to that, he was part of the team that launched QBO Innovation Hub, the first and only public-private initiative supporting startups in the Philippines where he served as lead for startup development. Adria is a Business Management graduate from Barcelona. He has studied in Spain, the UK, and the Philippines, all the while learning about each country’s local startup ecosystems.

Samuel "Chips" Guevara
Executive Director at Phildev

Chips Guevara is a mechanical engineer from Xavier University and has an MBA from Manchester Business School.

 He was a project engineer from Unilever Philippines, Inc. and later became production manager. After his MBA in the UK, he worked for Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessy as an operations consultant. He returned to the Philippines and started his own Environmental Social Enterprise Alterenergy Systems Inc where he converted diesel engines to run on used cooking oil.  He is the current Executive Director of Phildev Foundation.

The Philippine Development Foundation (PhilDev) is a non-profit working to spark long-term economic growth in the Philippines through education, innovation and entrepreneurship.

Dustin Masancay
Incubation Manager at Phildev Foundation

Dustin Masancay has close to 10 years of work experience in the technology space, focused on incubating technology and inclusive innovation start-ups. Dustin is passionate in championing innovative entrepreneurship and cultivating the Philippine startup ecosystem.

Dustin is currently the Incubator Manager at Phildev Foundation. Phildev’s incubator aims to drive inclusive growth throughout all sectors of society by incubating innovation-driven entrepreneurs whose businesses will create an impact throughout all sectors of society – providing social mobility and job creation and distributing created wealth in a more dispersed manner. 

Dustin was instrumental in pioneering and leading non-profit startup incubator IdeaSpace for 5 years. As its Associate Director for Marketing and Advocacy, he organized technopreneurship bootcamps across the country and helped spark and connect startup communities in the countryside. As its Associate Director for Ventures, Dustin established the processes for monitoring portfolio companies, structured cap tables and executed term sheets and investments agreements and advised portfolio companies on external investment offers or financing options.  

Joshua Pielago
Product and Tools Manager, UberEats APAC

Joshua has lead product management communities in the Philippines, working as the lead for Product PH and then founding Product School - Manila. He has lead the development and launching of logistics, labor, and marketing solutions in the the consumer space and small to medium enterprise. Over the years, his products have generated millions of dollars in revenue and has fueled the growth of companies worldwide, from established companies in Fortune 500 to emerging companies in the recent Inc's Fast 500. He currently works for Uber.

Danilo Alcoseba II
Product Head at STORM Technologies

Dino has been involved in product development and management for the past 4 years, using his 8 years of HR expertise to help create the best products for users to make us of and love. He loves discussing ideas, generating them, and seeing them come to fruition. He currently heads the overall product direction of STORM Flex, STORM Technologies flagship product.

George Parilla
Territory Manager of Amazon Web Services Philippines

George is a Territory Manager of Amazon Web Services Philippines.   He enables traditional enterprises to startups, to launch their businesses on the Amazon Cloud.  Prior to AWS, he was connected with USAID, Intel, Microsoft and Globe. George completed his MBA and MPM in Ateneo.  He is passionate about Edtech, IOT and Financial Inclusion.

Paul Pajo
Developer Evangelist, Smart Communications

He is  the Developer Evangelist at SMART Communications, and also a startup evangelist for IdeaSpace Foundation. He co-founded SMARTDevNet (SMART Developer Network) - the Philippines fastest growing developer community as of 2014 with Jim Ayson.
