Diane Eustaquio
Executive Director at Ideaspace Foundation, Inc.

Diane is the Executive Director of IdeaSpace. She is responsible for managing the foundation’s flagship incubation and acceleration program. Prior to IdeaSpace, Diane served as Executive Assistant to the Head of Strategy for First Pacific Company Ltd where she gained exposure in closing deals, M&As and strategy management.  

Diane also brings her experience in people and government relations, and manufacturing which she gained from previous roles in the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) and in the semiconductor manufacturing industry as manager of Analog Devices Philippines’ Total Quality Management Program. 

​She took her undergraduate studies in  B. A. Organizational Communication (cum laude) from the University of the Philippines – Manila, where she focused her research papers and thesis on team cohesion.


Andy Santos
Head of PLDT Enterprise Core Business R&D

He is a graduate of BS Electronics and Communications in Mapua University and has been involved in the telecommunications industry for more than 30 years. In these years, he has been steadily going up the management ladder and is now the Head of International & Carrier Solutions Development of PLDT.

Abbie Victorino
Founder & CEO StyleGenie Inc

An experienced leader in the digital commerce and retail industry. Skilled in International Fashion Buying, Business Development & E-commerce solutions selling.
She’s the first Filipina representative at Alibaba & UNCTAD’s eFounder Fellowship Program as part of the 1,000 Global Agents of Change for the New Digital Economy.
She graduated at the Asian Institute of Management with a certificate of completion for the Entrepreneurship Development Program (2017) &
The University of Santo Tomas (2010) with a degree in Business Administration Major in Marketing Management.

Abbie is the Founder and CEO of StyleGenie PH the first styling+clothing subscription box in the Philippines.
She is also the founding partner of QratedCrates Pte Ltd (Singapore), an ongoing passion project dedicated to advocating the lifestyle subscriptions economy in SouthEast Asia.
She's an efficient servant leader as substantiated in her starting career as an e-Commerce Professor at the Assumption College, San Lorenzo, Makati City.


Cherry Murillon-Cubacub
Co-Founder, Chief Financial Officer and Business Development of Antipara Exploration Inc.

With a degree in Chemistry from Mapua Institute of Technology, Cherry is currently taking up Master of Development Communication of UP Open University. She was also a 2017 Ideaspace Foundation Startup Awardee (5th Batch).

Antipara Exploration is an underwater 3D visual mapping and analytics company that uses its own built underwater towed platform with camera and sonar system to provide maps and relevant information for marine management. "The heart of Antipara is its algorithm". Machine vision is employed to analyze the 3D scan and determine habitat classification, coral reef health and change detection. All of this information is used to create functional maps for underwater resources for planning and management. 

Cherry is the business brains of Antipara. She is in-charge in the business development of the company like customer acquisition strategies, financials, go-to-market and social media communication.

She has keen business sense with more than 10 years experiences in sales and marketing from construction industries in the Philippines. This has been her foundation in project management for several environment research projects funded by DOST under the academe for more than 5 years.

Currently doing consultancy for business development for 2 startups under the DOST i2Tech grant (Wela School System & Machibox Inc).


Gladis Morales
Founder and CEO of Zestagram

Gladis Morales is the Founder and CEO of Zestagram, the premiere internship platform for students in Metro Manila. Zestagram is part of the 6th Cohort of Ideaspace Foundation Incubation.

She is also the Program Coordinator of UP Enterprise’ Tech101-NCR, an entrepreneurship training for tech and engineering professors and students in Metro Manila.
She also founded The Entrepreneurship Club of Far Eastern University in 2015. Among the projects of the Club are the E- Start a university-wide start-up competition which includes a business boot camp, yearlong mentoring and pitching sessions and E-Raise which trains and monitors seventy micro-enterprise in Mandaluyong City. She also co- founded the BrEEd, Bridging Entrepreneurial Education, a product development incubation for out-of-school youth in Porac, Påmpanga, is a project of the Future Bridging Leaders Program of the Asian Institute of Management Team Energy.

She received several awards such as a Special Citation for Citizenship in the CSR Youth Awards 2015, Most Outstanding JPIAN 2015, an Ayala Young Leader 2015, one of the Top 50 Accountancy Students in the Philippines of UP-JPIA’s ASSET 2014, one of The Outstanding Tamaraw JPIAn 2014, one of the FEU’s Ten Outstanding Junior and Sophomore, 2013. She is a BSBA major in Internal Auditing graduate at Far Eastern University.


Michie Ang
Director of Women Who Code Manila, Co-founder of TecsoftApps

Michie is the director of Women Who Code Manila, a global non-profit organization that inspires women to excel in the Tech Industry. She has won Startup Weekends and Hackathons in different areas of the world when she started venturing into the world of Tech. She helps companies understand how to leverage tech into their businesses and is the co-founder of TecsoftApps. Also, organizes SwiftPH (iOS and Apple Developers Community in the Philippines), SwiftLadies and goes around the Philippines to inspire the younger generation to code! 

Currently working on YeyPass (YeyPass.com) to provide you a secure identity pass when visiting establishments.


Abigail Joan Lim
Owner / Proprietress of Alfox Printing Services

Abigail Joan Lim is a graduate of Computer Science with Specialization in Software Technology from De La Salle University. She has background in developing web-based applications. She is a business owner and owns Alfox Printing Services located in Quezon City. She also operates an 24/7 online printshop – www.alfoxprinting.com. She also advocates E-Commerce. She is also a licensed Real Estate Broker and founded a start-up to serve the needs of real estate brokers – Brokerspaces and Mikilala. Another startup, Wizher is a software company that creates software for routers is a Ideaspace 2018 Finalists. One product, Wizher Share, helps people monetize their wi-fi connection by being a wi-fi hotspot. She is also part of Cohort 4 of Founders Institute Manila. 


Gia Santos
CEO & Co-Founder of Valea Health

Gia is a licensed electronics engineer by profession, an entrepreneur by passion, and a health and fitness advocate by vocation. She started doing e-commerce business at 13 yrs old and at 22, was chosen to be part of the DOST-UK Newton Fund Leaders in Innovation Fellowship Program. She underwent training in technology entrepreneurship in UK in partnership with Royal Academy of Engineering and in the Philippines under Asian Institute of Management. She is also a former lecturer at the University of the Philippines Diliman's Electrical and Electronics Engineering Institute.

Being surrounded by loved ones with lifestyle-related diseases, she is focused on building solutions that can help people manage their health better. She's the co-founder of Valea Health (previously known as HeartSmart), a personal SMS- and chat-based health assistant that helps people manage their overall health, fitness, and wellness more easily and effectively in their day-to-day lives. Her company's vision is a society where everyone has access to health information and everyone is empowered to turn that knowledge into action - making informed decisions towards a consistently healthy lifestyle, everyday.


Merylhilda Jalani
Co-founder, Operations and Business Devt Head of ImpactVille

Meryl is the Chief of Staff of I am MAD (Making a Difference) - a SEC registered NGO for 9 years that advocates values, leadership training and dream building for children in poor far-flung communities all over the Philippines. 

She is the National president of MillennialsPH. A group of young leaders all over the Philippines that fights for truth, justice, freedom, democracy and advocacy. 

Currently, she is one of the Ambassadress of EdukasyonPH, an initiative of Investing in Women and the Australian Embassy.  

In a team of 8 men, she is the co-founder of ImpactVille, a web service that analyzes outputs and outcomes of social good projects. They recently won as one of the 6 best teams for IdeaSpace Philippines. 

She is an entrepreneur, eco-warrior, SDG advocate, changemaker, innovator, a feminist, an activist, a stubborn dreamer, and the coolest Tita you will ever meet. 


Maria Cristina Isabel Guanzon
Co-Founder, CDO, Chief Evangelist of EARS by Innovable, Inc.

Cristina Isabel Guanzon is the main proponent of and inspiration for E.A.R.S., and she is now the company’s (Innovable, Inc.) Chief Design Officer and Chief Evangelist. Currently, she is also the Human Resource Officer for PWD Affairs at the family business group of companies (MMGI Group). Together with her sister and business partner, Pauline, she completed the Entrepreneurship Development Program at the Asian Institute of Management through Ideaspace. Innovable, Inc. was one of the Top 7 winners of Ideaspace 2016. In 2015, she graduated from the University of Santo Tomas with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree majoring in Industrial Design, where E.A.R.S. began as her collegiate thesis.

Cristina was born profoundly deaf but was able to attend a mainstream school and land her first job with the Design Center of the Philippines. She was raised an oralist but she has recently completed all three levels of Filipino Sign Language program at the DLS-College of St. Benilde’s School of Deaf Education and Applied Studies.


Angelica Carlos
Head of Partnerships of beepbeep.ph

Angelica started her career in the tech industry at a young age of 15. BuildDirect has been coined as the Amazon in the building materials space with over $130M in funding. Coupled with her 5 year stint in retail and academic background in Economics, ecommerce was the perfect fit. When she moved to the Philippines 3 years ago, she worked at Zomato handling all corporate partnerships. Now she is the Head of Partnerships at beepbeep.ph, creating strategic relationships with complimentary businesses for all of beepbeep.ph’s verticals. She has a natural affinity for disruptive technologies and is a consistent sports bandwagoner.


Mench Dizon
CEO/Founder of TripClub

Mench Dizon is CEO and Founder of TripClub. She is a 2x founder with experience in e-commerce and marketplaces. She has over 15 years experience in strategy, brand, marketing and digital. She was part of the board of the Internet and Mobile Marketing Association of the Philippines. She is a strong proponent of Women in Tech and more recently, Women in Blockchain Philippines. She is part of the organizing committee of the Philippine chapter of Google’s Women Will initiative. She also was the top founder at the 2017 Dentsu Aegis Network Female Foundry Program. Her company TripClub recently won at the World Tourism Forum besting over 200 companies from 56 countries. She is a Six-Star World Marathon Majors finisher and plans to run in all seven continents in the next 2 years. She is a wife and mom to two kids ages 7 and 9. Pauline Guanzon
CIO-Operations of M.M. Guanzon, Inc./The MMGI Group

Pauline graduated with a Communication Arts degree from the De La Salle University-Manila then pursued further studies at the Asian Institute of Management's Executive MBA program. She is currently working on her doctorate degree in Organizational Development and Behavior. She is currently the Chief Information Officer for Operations at M.M. Guanzon, Inc., of The MMGI Group of Companies (food and beverage manufacturing and other integrated business solutions). She is also the co-founder and CEO of Innovable, Inc., a startup dedicated to making assistive technology and innovative adaptive solutions for persons with disabilities (PWDs). (Innovable, Inc. was one of the winners of Ideaspace; Ideaspace is an incubator/accelerator under the MVP group of companies that provides seed funding and other support to startups). Innovable, Inc. also won the pitching competition under USAID. She works closely with organizations that support the PWD community in the Philippines, especially with the Deaf. She is currently training to become a Filipino Sign Language interpreter. In her spare time, she likes to read, write, travel, learn. She is particularly interested in literary and visual arts, the performing arts (especially Ballet), history, culture, business and the study of human behavior.


Au Soriano
CEO & Co-Founder of PinoyTravel, Inc.

Au is an ECE Graduate from Mapua Institute of Tech and started her in the telecom industry, having worked for Bayantel, Globe and Smart. After being in the telecom industry for 20+ years, she decided in 2013, to leave the corporate world and be an entrepreneur. She joined the first batch of Ideaspace competition and pitched a unique concept for locating public buses and book a trip online. Her team won the funding and launched and in PinoyTravel in October 2013. In the last five years that PinoyTravel continued to grow and they are looking forward to expanding their services to further help ease the trade experiences of the public.
