Something new is coming! The first that kind of topic will be in Poland, don't miss it!

The only of it’s kind meetup in Poland. Yeah, we know,  it might be tricky, MARTECH& ECOMMERCE is not easy to create and especially hard to validate. But if You want enhance your skills You must accept the challenge and aim rally high. Just think about it; we provide you professional backround: best mentors and tools for validation so You can concentrate on your product changes and disrupt the market! So, if your idea include: adtech, salestech, performance marketing, data analyst, digital marketing, e-commerce solutions, you are welcomed on board. Also feel free to take a chance if you have an idea from another field, we are very open.

If it’s your first Startup Weekend and you don’t know exactly how it works – here is short description.
54 hours – to form the idea into the startup Bring your team or create one! Ask mentors  – they will be available for whole Saturday and they can show you another track for your business. Place and workflow – on Podole 60 we have one of the most modern building with a full eqiupped conference space. Food and drinks are provided of course!

Zbigniew Woznowski
CEO Reality Games

Zbigniew found Reality Games in October 2014. Launched Landlord mobile game in January 2015. Programming Director of Promotion of Poland 2020 of The Kosciuszko Institute. Has over 12 years of online advertising and over 10 years of real estate experience. Founded and exited a few other companies such as Second Poland and Supremum 360: Digital Outsourcing & Advertising Service.

Paweł Nowak
CEO Contellio

Currently CEO at Contellio and before involved with projects like PressPad, TurboTranslations, or Untitled Kingdom. Privately skill collector, risk taker, and maker.

Over 10 years ago Pawel has started to write a blog, which rose to be the #1 in its category in Poland. In 2011 he retired blog-wise in order to running online products. Years of programming and business experience help him with starting up and supporting projects in their very early stages, when they require a minimum of code and maximum of good ideas for promotion and client acquisition.


Grzegorz Banaś
CEO and partner at Ad Ventures

CEO and partner at Ad Ventures, consulting company which connects startups with investors and corporate partners and cooperates with investors wanting to operate in Poland and neighbouring countries (it is partner for CEE of Chinese fund Hyperspace Capital). Team member and Lead Expert of Idea Global acceleration programme which implements solutions created by startups at corporate partners such as Aviva, Mbank, Olimp Labs, Kirchhoff Automotive, Autosan, Romet and Netia.

Head of Product Unamo Social Media

CEO & Founder Monitori – social media and data analyst company. New technology fan, who create and co – create startups from over 10 years. Privately husband and Dad, passionate motorcyclist and diver!


Chris Kobylecki
COO Innovation Nest

Chris is taking care of Innovation Nest's deal flow activities and making sure that people know about Innovation Nest. He runs an invite only event called SaaS Meetup which gathers together B2B SaaS Companies, Founders, Mentors and Investors. Previously he was taking care of marketing for a Board of European Students of Technology, addressing 32 countries and over 90 universities. Life is a challenge. How big is yours?


Martyna Arent
Head of Sales Contellio

Graduated from University of Warsaw, and University of Gdansk with a master degree from English Linguistics. Holds a degree from online marketing from Tischner University in Krakow. Previously co-founder of a software boutique in Krakow, where I grew it from 3 people to almost 20 within a year. I was responsible for customer acquisition/sales, customer service, online marketing and project management. Currently co-founder of Contellio, where we help marketers with automating creation of marketing design. Engaged in Krakow Startup Community, volunteer in Hive53 community where we organise various events that educate and inspire young people to become entrepreneurs. Gave couple of workshops myself about Sales Process and Strategy to the community. Privately, actively training boxing and a dog-lover.


Sławomir Kumka
Managing Director of IBM Software Laboratory in Krakow

A graduate of the Academy of Mining and Metallurgy in Krakow (MSc. in Computer Science) and a Master of Business Administration (Executive MBA) at the University of Warwick in Birmingham, United Kingdom.

He has more than 20 years of experience in running software development projects (in managerial and technical roles).
Since 2007 (excluding late 2008 till early 2010) he has been working with IBM, currently serves as Managing Director of Software Laboratory in Krakow. He is responsible for managing and growth of IBM Software Laboratory in Poland as well as for a delivery of solutions based on technologies such as Cloud, Analytics and BigData.
From the beginning of his career at IBM  he manages projects related to the European Union Funds focused on new technologies and he promotes innovation in Poland in the area of Research and Development.


Wojciech Przybylski
CEO of Krakow Technology Park

Wojciech Przybylski  - sociologist, over 10 years of experience in regional policy and innovation policy planning & implementation, since 2012 responsible for Krakow Technology Park development and projects, and since January 2016 – President of the Board. Graduated from Jagiellonian University, studied also one year at Humboldt University Berlin. After his studies worked at Tischner European University, teaching sociology, conducting research (incl. R&D commercialization) project and coordinating the International Office. Used to work in a couple of think-tanks dealing with public policy, both planning and evaluation. In 2011 and 2012 advisor to the Polish Minister on Justice in the field of deregulation and to the Malopolska province Marshal in the field of regional policy. He coordinated SMART_KOM – EU project related to smart city, fan of living labs and other user-driven methodologies.

Withing that period he and teams he led closed deals worth more than 5 million dollars. As a consultant Bartosz supported sales teams and managers at companies and startups such as Droids on Roids, Callpage, Sempai, Pixers, Sotrender, MerixStudio and Telemedi.co


Jakub Kozioł

Vice President of PROIDEA sp. z o.o. For more than six years, he supervised the entire organization and budget activity of the company's projects. He is responsible for building long-term relationships with partners, and constantly increasing the quality of the conferences. Trend observer and participant of numerous conferences on new technologies, innovations, and startups, such as Slush, Web Summit, Pirate Summit. Organizer of original events for the IT industry: 4Developers, Atmosphere, Bitspiration, CONFidence, DevOpsDays, HackYeah, infraXstructure, JDD and PLNOG.


Grzegorz Berezowski
CEO at NapoleonCat.com and Catvertiser.com

Founder and CEO at NapoleonCat and Catvertiser – social media marketing and advertising tools. Spent 12 years in advertising agencies and co-founded 180heartbeats + JUNG v. MATT where he served as Strategy Director. Graduated from three universities and holds black belt in judo.


Błażej Abel
CEO & Founder at Landingi

Entrepreneur, founder and CEO of Landingi, a leading landing page platform on Polish market. An engineer by education. Bounded with Internet industry for over 10 years, when he started an interactive agency. Speaker at numerous conferences and a trainer. He works on the business development of company and supports key customers in realization of their campaigns.


Marcin Grochowina
Product Owner at Freshmail

Marcin - For over 10 years lives and breathes the Internet. Has been working at FreshMail for 3 years, currently as the Product Owner.   His previous experience includes project management in interactive agencies, while coordinating marketing campaigns for brands like Danone, Żywiec Zdrój, Nutricia, Hasco Lek, Reckitt Benckiser and General Motors.   He graduated in Human Computer Interaction at Jagiellonian University and Management with Marketing Specialization at the AGH University of Science and Technology.   Co-organizer of two Polish Hack4Good Hackathons. He also helped to organize Krakow's interactive industry meetings - "Welcome to the Real World" and "Interactive Day".   Privately: eats a lot, wears full caps, collects records, mostly vinyl. Tomasz Wesołowski
CEO & co-founder at 2040.io

He spent last 15 years in the internet-industry as a entrepreneur, advisor, and board member of several companies. Founder and managing director of one of the biggest polish software houses (grown from 2 to 200 employees). After M&A process he made an exit with selling his shares, and now he is involved in creating an intelligent assistant Edward, as a co-founder and CEO of 2040.io. Co-founder of Krakow Artificial Intelligence Meetup Group, interested in modern user interfaces, and social aspects of artificial intelligence.   He was also a co-founder and board member of PROFEO - the community for professionals (Polish Linkedin competitor), founder of Techcamp -  biggest Polish technological barcamp meetings and co-founder of Ecommerce director's club.


Grzegorz Wójcik
CEO Autenti

Grzegorz is founder and CEO of Autenti – the platform for document approvals and signing contracts online. His 20 years of experience in Poland include set-up and growth of multiple internet businesses in RMF FM, Interia.pl, TVN, and Onet. His international roles include Allegro Group CEO, where he managed Allegro e-commerce businesses in 14 CEE countries as well as corporate relations position at Naspers - global internet and entertainment group. He is always actively supporting numerous non-profit industry initiatives - he initiated the standard for online users measurement at PBI, launched and co-founded the Chamber of Digital Economy, E-Commerce Europe or took part in numerous mentoring sessions with start-ups.
