54 hours to change the life of modern families with technology!

During this Poznań Startup Weekend we want to show how new technologies can positively influence the life of kids, parents and grandparents. You will have 54 hours to tackle family health, home budgets, travel, entertainment, shopping, smart home, security. A team of great mentors will help you think about how to build a new tech business around the needs of families.

All Startup Weekend events follow the same basic model: anyone is welcome to pitch their startup idea and receive feedback from their peers. Teams organically form around the top ideas (as determined by popular vote) and then it’s a 54 hour frenzy of business model creation, coding, designing, and market validation. The weekends culminate with presentations in front of local entrepreneurial leaders with another opportunity for critical feedback.

Let’s meet over the weekend of 18-20 November in Stary Browar in Poznan!

As an SME banker I have had a chance to meet hundreds of entrepreneurs and to work closely with dozens of them, sometimes at defining moments for their businesses. Some of them were the most inspiring and passionate people I have ever met and I will base the most of my coaching on what I could learn from them.
Besides, I will obviously try to explain to participants what they can expect from their bank at different stages of their startup adventure and what they cannot.
I will support them as well in building a constructive communication with their financing partners.
From a more personal perspective, I am a proud dad of 3 boys aged from 2 to 6 - therefore, I am particularly receptive to the "family-driven" character of the event.
