What is it: 
A 54-hour event for developers, designers and entrepreneurs to hack on your latest idea. You will be able to present your own concept and form a team around it or join forces with someone else. Over the weekend, you will be putting the foundations of a business case, designing and building a product prototype, testing your assumptions with a potential customers, and, on Sunday night, pitch the results of your weekend's work to a panel of amazing judges. What's more, over the weekend, you will have access to over ten industry experts and mentors to help you bring your ideas to life.

Beata Tylman

Director in Innovation and R&D, Grants and Incentives team in PwC. For over 10 years Beata is helping entrepreneurs in obtaining grants for their development activity. But the truth is, that the grant itself is just a consequence. Firstly, she connects people, helps them clarify their business needs and ideas, finds ways to fund the business case and out of those cases some get her support with EU procedures. Among her customers are many start-ups from various sectors. All they have in common one thing - a broad horizons and ambitious plans for the future. Beata is the author of two professional blogs: Forbes and INNPoland, a recognized expert in different competitions related to innovation and author of many professional publications. Privately author of a blog about fantasy books, board games and TV series.

Deputy Mayor of Warsaw

Born in 1977 in Bydgoszcz. Graduated from Faculty of Journalism and Political Science University of Warsaw. Since October 2011, Deputy Mayor of Warsaw, before Director of European Funds Department. As a Deputy Mayor he is responsible for development strategy of Warsaw. He also supervises European funds, economic development, housing and geodesy.

Over 15 years of consumer goods, e-commerce, B2B and B2C experience in developed and emerging markets. 10 years of experience at C-level positions in marketing, sales and strategy areas. Worked for local businesses and top 100 global companies. 
Graduate of the Warsaw University Law Faculty and European Executive MBA. 
Currently, Commercial Director at PayU for Poland and Central Europe in charge of marketing and sales. Earlier, as Marketing Director at PayU for Central and Eastern Europe, contributed to building the value of PayU business and brand – e-payment leader and part of Naspers Group, one of top 10 e-commerce companies worldwide. Successfully managed a global rebranding project in 16 countries of PayU operations. A change agent to lead innovative solutions, business growth and bring results.
Previously, created a strategy and fostered performance of brands like AVON, Philip Morris, Oriflame and Ad Agencies.

Adam Sawicki
CEO | T-Mobile Polska

Since June 1st 2015 CEO of T-Mobile Polska S.A.
Adam Sawicki worked as the CEO of Netia in the years 2014-2015. Between 2011 and 2012, he was President of the Management Board and Chief Executive Officer of Ruch Internet and from 2008 to 2011, he was CEO of GTS Central Europe. He worked in a number of senior management positions in various companies of the Telia Group (later TeliaSonera), gaining experience on Central European telecommunications markets. During that time he participated in numerous projects including, among others, strategic transformation of operators, both on the business (B2B) and the residential (B2C) markets. Currently Adam actively supports initiatives of hub:raum - startup incubator backed by Deutsche Telekom Group that focuses on supporting innovative businesses from southern and central Europe.
Adam Sawicki is a graduate of economy and management at Stockholm University, also completed the General Manager Program at Harvard Business School.

Jowita Michalska
CEO, Co-Founder | TechFuture

Building brands successfully for the last 20 years, mainly in ICT and energy markets. In her role of Marketing Director, responsible for developing strategies and company restructuring processes, involved in brand building, as well as development of HR, customer service and purchase strategies. Now CEO of advisory company, TechFuture - dealing with technology-influenced business models, new consumer and his impact on digital economy and also, social media marketing. Jowita is also Managing Director of FSCD, foundation dedicated to strategic digital competences development, which co-operates with Warsaw School of Economics and Harvard Business School.

Piotr Muszyński

Graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Wrocław (MA degree in law) and the Advanced Management Programme organized by IESE Business School / University of Navarra. In Orange Polska (formerly: Telekomunikacja Polska) since 2001, initially as Director of Customer Care Branch, Director of Sales and Services Division (2005-2006) and Executive Director in charge of Sales & Services (2006-2008). In September 2008 appointed Member of the Management Board in charge of Operations, in November 2009 - Vice President in charge of Operations.Piotr Muszyński acts also as President of the Council of Foundation for the Development of Radiocommunication and Multimedia Technologies (Fundacja Wspierania Rozwoju Radiokomunikacji i Technik Multimedialnych), V-ce President of the SVB of Association of Listed Companies (SEG), member of Committee of Electronics and Telecommunications at Polish Academy of Sciences (PAN), member of the Council at The Polish Chamber of Information Technology and Telecommunications (PIIT).In recognition of his career achievements he was awarded, among others: as a Manager of the Year in 2010 and 2011 with the Golden Antenna Award of the World of Telecommunication; with the Gold Cyborg award during the National Symposium on Telecommunications and ICT in 2011 – for his outstanding contribution to the development of information society.

Justyna Skorupska

One of the most popular e-commerce experts in Poland, highly valued by the representatives of the industry in Poland, strongly involved in the education of market and the creation of its standards. Founding member of e-Commerce Polska - Chamber of Digital Economy. Active member of the research group of E-commerce Europe, consultant in the project "e-commerce benchmarks". She gives lectures in the field of e-commerce at universities like Kozminski University and is co-author of all postgraduate studies programs, with which e-Chamber works in Warsaw. Additionally she is PhD student of Kozminski University and focus on consumer behavior in multichannel journey especially in internet.

Tomasz Karwatka

Tomasz Karwatka is the CEO of Divante, OEX Group, one of the biggest eCommerce agencies in Europe. Divante works for clients such as Intersport, Solar, LPP, Smyk, Odlo, Sportofino designing and implementing Omnichannel solutions. 

Tomasz co-founded and then sold a blog aggregator (to Agora media holding) and an online store (to a trade distribution network). Arek Krupicz

Mateusz Nowak

Łukasz Dziekan
Senior manager in Big Data Analytics | PwC

He is an expert software engineer and data scientist by heart. He has additional experience in working 2 years in NY, both for financial services sector and for healthcare technology ( - which was voted to be the Best place to work in New York City in 2011) sector creating high performance analytical system for a  consumer based internet portal (over 3 milion unique users monthly).
Łukasz is an expert data scientist – including text mining and predictive analytics where he takes data from the client and by applying some "magic" he turns them into actionable product insights.
He has also considerable experience in building, validating and backtesting customer behavioral models and building Big Data Lambda architectures - for web logs mining, web analytics and customer stream analytics.

Piotr Pągowski
Owner & Founder | Arbor

Graduated from the Warsaw University of Technology and is working in the IT industry since 1993. Started his carree at Baza sp. z o.o. and Westwood Poland sp. z o.o. Since 1995 he was working at Intel, managing Central Eastern Europe corporate sales and marketing strategies. Between 2006 and 2011 Piotr Pągowski was working for Microsoft as Country Manager E&D (Entertainment & Devices) responsible for Poland and Baltics States, later Consumer & On-line General Manager and OEM Director. Starting of 1st April 2011 he became the General Manager of Personal Systems Group and later Printing and Personal Systems at HP Poland. An Economist, graduated from Viadrina University in Frankfurt and Executive MBA of Kozminski University. Senior executive responsible for Orange Polska Innovation programs. Began his career in Orange Polska  in 2000 where over the period 2002-2008 he was responsible for investment management and led many transformation programs. Since 2008 associated with R&D (Orange Labs)  activities where he held many managerial posts. Since 2013 holds the position of Director of Orange Labs and Technology Integration in Orange Labs Networks and Service Platforms Unit. Actually responsible for key programs like Orange Fab, Business Intelligence API and Orange Ventures. Marcin Chwist
Orange Labs Expert | Orange Polska

Spent over a decade in telecommunication and internet industries. Used to be responsible for marketing, product and project management in several companies with activities ranging from ‘guerrilla marketing’ in an internet startup in LA, to very sensitive regulatory projects for an incumbent telecom operator in Poland. Innovation explorer and crowdsourcing evangelist, believes in open innovation as method of avoiding the commodity trap by telco industry. He is responsible in Orange Polska for the ‘Imagine with Orange’ crowsdsourcing program and involved in other open innovation activities.
