What and Why?

Startup Weekend Timisoara is all about entrepreneurial education. Drive test your idea, form a team, meet great entrepreneurs and have an amazing rollercoaster ride through the weekend. This edition we've added two key workshops on Saturday and we're working on some more surprises.

Q: Who can join?
A: Anybody! It doesn't matter what gender you are or what you're background is. We usually have very diverse attendees, from various local and international communities.

Q: Is this a tech only event?
A: No, it's entrepreneurship oriented. That means that it's not a hackathon were coders come just to code. We focus on key aspects of validating your startup idea. Of course some coding does happen but that's not the whole purpose of the event.

Q: What if I don't have an idea?
A: That's not a problem. You can join any of the teams or ideas you like. They definitely are in need for extra hands!

A lot of questions have been answered by awesome people here. Remember, we're only one facebook away :) or via e-mail timisoara@startupweekend.org
