Royston Tay
GM of Messaging, Zendesk

As one of the founding engineers in Zopim, Royston led the development of the business-facing dashboard in the early years. When the potential of Zopim became clear, he took the reins as CEO and raised seed investment in 2010 to accelerate growth.

By emphasizing the importance of product and customer-centricity, he steered the company to profitability within a year. In March 2014, the success of Zopim culminated in an acquisition by Zendesk, a leader in the cloud-based customer engagement space. Today, as GM of Messaging within Zendesk, he leads a team within a global organization that is passionate about sculpting the future of customer engagement.

Rachel Lim
Co-founder & Chief Brand Officer, Love, Bonito

Rachel Lim is the co-founder and Chief Brand Officer of the Love, Bonito Group, Singapore’s largest fast fashion retailer known for perfecting the Asian fit for women. Starting at a tender age of 19, her vision has created a strong, yet relatable brand that successfully merges the online and offline retail experience through constant customer engagement as well as impeccable designs at affordable prices.

As the face of the company, Rachel has built Love, Bonito on the foundation of empowering women’s confidence through style, and devotes a big portion of her efforts and time to nurture and connect with the Love, Bonito community. Her deep understanding of customers' needs and preferences has been integral in the branding and sales strategy. Key customer initiatives such as Styling Workshops are always oversubscribed, and have led to greater loyalty and engagement with the Love, Bonito customers.

Presently, Rachel heads product design, brand development, and the community-driven initiatives for the Love, Bonito Group. Apart from overseeing the overall quality, Rachel also works closely with the design team to ensure that each piece retains their signature fit.

With her influence and innate ability to connect with people, Rachel has created a loyal customer base who not only resonate with the brand, but also value their products, and that has been a large reason why Love, Bonito is Singapore’s top women’s fashion label today.

In 2016, Rachel was honoured by Forbes as Asia's 30 under 30 under the “Retail & E-commerce” category.

Adrian Ang
Co-Founder & Creative Director, Hepmil Media Group - SGAG, MGAG, PGAG

While more commonly known as “Xiao Ming” on screen, Adrian is the Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer of Hepmil Media Group, a network of technologically driven companies that houses popular digital content brands including SGAG and MGAG that reaches up to 20 million people on a weekly basis with its iconic fun and localised digital content. Other than cracking lame jokes, Adrian's role includes directing the company’s creative output as well as managing the diverse team of creatives under his charge.

Agrim Singh
Co-founder, HyperValence

Upbeat, articulate and socially savvy, Agrim Singh is an absolute far cry from the stereotypical awkward portrait of a hacker. In fact, he has won so many hackathons that he is now barred from competing in certain events such as Startathon, and is asked to mentor competitors instead.

One of Agrim’s most savoured wins was clinched at Tech-in-Asia’s startup hackathon in 2014, where his team proposed a virtual pub social sharing platform for Manchester United’s Southeast Asian fanbase. Another memorable win was at Budweiser's Dream Brewery Hackathon in February, where his team built a drunk detector and also pitched for a machine that is able read personalities, choosing to dispense alcohol according to certain profiles.

Durwin Ho
Entrepreneur

Durwin is passionate about startups and entrepreneurship, especially in technology, F&B, education , AI and automobiles. Besides running his family business in the childcare industry, he is interested in all kinds of tech and businesses. He enjoys joining and organising hackathons and working on exciting projects.
