This is as up close and personal as it gets! Ajey Gore
Group CTO, GoJek

Ajey has more than 18 years of experience in building software and teams. As the CTO, he is responsible for defining and executing product strategy and roadmap for product engineering across 18 products of GoJek. In the last 12 months, GoJek has experienced 300x growth, and consistent month on month growth. Go-Jek is one of the hottest Unicorns in Asia, having raised more than $1.2 billion led by Tencent, now valued at a whopping $3 billion!

Conor McLaughlin
Co-Founder & VP of Engineering, 99.co

"Three words: Electric. Dance. Music. I’m telling you, there is no better way to code." Magic Maker, Co-Founder and VP of Engineering at 99.co, Conor is originally from California. He worked for Pixar for about two years after graduating in Computer Science and then took a jump for an opportunity to work in China.

After his amazing journey with ChinaNetCloud and Wiredcraft, he randomly moved to Singapore and started working for Billpin. He then co-founded 99.co, which empowers consumers by enabling powerful search through its native search algorithm ListRank.

Jordan Dea-Mattson
Site Director, Singapore | Indeed.com

Previously, Jordan was the VP of Engineering where he led Carousell's engineering team. He oversees the development, systems design and delivery of product and infrastructure. Jordan wrote his first line of code in 1981, and developed his entire career in software engineering.

He has more than 35 years of experience from Silicon Valley, having spent many of his earlier yearsin Apple working on the Macintosh up to Mac OS X. After leaving Apple, he took on different engineering roles in Adobe and Yahoo. Jordan uprooted from America and came to Singapore in 2016 because he believes that Southeast Asia will experience profound growth and change in the next few decades.

He is extremely passionate about using technology to solve problems at scale, as well as nurturing talent and building a world-class engineering community in Singapore and Southeast Asia.

Jing Shen Ng
Co-founder and CEO, Paktor

Jing Shen is an entrepreneur, engineer, co-founder and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Paktor. He was infected by the engineering bug by his father at a young age, writing his first text-based game in QBasic when he was 12. At 14, Jing Shen created a graphical role-playing game where one builds tanks to destroy other tanks. In college, Jing Shen created a web portal for the Life Sciences Institute to document proteins and worked part-time in the startup CircleLink to create a content management system for display ads.

After graduating from the University of Michigan, Jing Shen joined Amazon.com in Seattle. In Amazon.com, Jing Shen reduced the client side latency of the world’s largest online retailer by 300ms, developed and launched AWS Marketplace and was part of the team that re-architected one of the world's first cloud computing services, S3. In his spare time, Jing Shen goes wandering in the wild.

Durwin Ho

Durwin is passionate about startups and entrepreneurship, especially in technology, F&B, education , AI and automobiles. Besides running his family business in the childcare industry, he is interested in all kinds of tech and businesses. He enjoys joining and organising hackathons and working on exciting projects.
