Food&Tech, let's disrupt the food chain now!

First and not last Startup Weekend Food&Technology!
3 partners joining forces: Stage-CoImpact Hub Istanbul and Kök Projekt. We will disrupt the total food chain as there are Agriculture, Manufacturing, Distribution, Retail and consumption, Home and Resto. Join and let us change for the better as we want better, healthier food in a sustainable way with a smaller carbon food print.

So what is a startup Weekend? In just 54 hours, you will experience the highs, lows, fun, and pressure that make up life at a startup. As you learn how to create a real company, you'll meet the very best mentors, investors, cofounders, and sponsors who are ready to help you get started. Your community is here to help you!

We live in an exciting time when new technologies are changing our interactions and relationships with food. Foodtech is fundamentally changing how we cook, eat, find, share and experience food.
This is a fantastic opportunity to Combine your love of technology and food, build a team, and launch a startup in 54 hours. We are looking for those with business, developer and designer backgrounds, all foodies welcome!
  1. Connect - Connect with people driven to build something new. Rich and diverse talent is a Startup Weekend staple. Are you ready to meet your next (cofounder) (friend) (mentor) (investor)?
  2. Discover - Discover where you are on the Entrepreneur's Journey.Find the resources available near you.Leave knowing the next steps you need to take on your road to success.
  3. Learn - Learn what it really takes to start a company. No book, panel, speaker, or blog post will teach you what you need to know. The only way to learn is the experience of trying.
  4. Start - It’s that simple. Startup Weekend is designed to get you going, FAST. Your local Organizers will set up the ideal environment for you to be successful and learn as much as possible in just 54 hours.

Patrick Bosteels was a serial entrepreneur with failures and successes. Co-founded Stage-Co & CodeDojo Turkey.

He refers to himself as a cineast and photographer. He worked long enough on a farm to understand how difficult it is. Creative and always positive. Innovation to him doesn’t mean a sh*t if it doesn’t solve a problem in a sustainable way.

He loves organizing and bringing people together.
