Startup Weekend Lancaster 2016 - No Talk. All Action.

▾ No Talk. All action. Launch a startup in 54 hours. ▾
The only way to learn how to start a business is by actually doing it.

► Lancaster University Startup Weekend ◄

After two amazing years since the launch in 2014, Startup Weekend Lancaster returns for it's 3rd year!

Starting Fri, Dec 2nd this competition brings together designers, developers, marketers, business people and startup enthusiasts to launch a startup in 54 hours. It’s that simple.

60-second pitches result in the formation of small teams around the best concepts. 54 hours are spent focusing on customer and product development, validating ideas and building prototypes with the help of experienced mentors. Finally, each team has the chance to present their results and receive feedback from a panel of industry experts.

Not forgetting, awesome prizes for the winning teams!

YOU DON’T HAVE TO HAVE AN IDEA!

This is your chance to get involved with your local startup community as part of a global concept and show your talents and ideas to the world.

- Find future partners
- Make new friends

Startup Weekend can provide YOU the opportunity to experience entrepreneurship and develop the skills, connections, and confidence necessary to launch a company.

Still not convinced? WE HAVE PROOF!
