Build the Business and Alaska You Want

2016 is a pivotal year for Alaskans... do we sit back and watch our economy sink after the loss of the oil revenue and the State spending of that income, OR, are you ready to Build the Alaska You Want?  Join us for the next Startup Weekend in November. This follows a great event held in Fairbanks in September and our earlier January event in Anchorage.  Startup Weekends have created businesses that continue to operation years later - and they connect the Arctic Innovation Competition to later events including a December Business Model Competition and the spring Launch Alaska pre-accelerator and then the main event - our second cohort of the Launch Alaska Accelerator program.  You can start in the fall and follow this path to over $40,000 in funding and in one year go from and idea to an investable business.  Join us for a weekend of fun, food and friends as you learn the tools of Lean Entrepreneurship and design a new business model that will be part of the future economy of Alaska. No experience necessary... you don't even have to have an idea... just a passion for being creative, solving problems and being a part of the solution.  Follow us on Facebook for updated information and register today to attend.
