Arrive at the venue and get checked in

Eat food, share ideas, practice pitches, get to know fellow participants


7:15 pm
Welcome
Review agenda for the weekend and introduce speakers, coaches, and community leaders


7:30 pm

Pitches Start
Optionally line up to give your pitch


9:00 pm
Voting
Attendees vote for the top pitches


9:15 pm
Form Teams
Teams start forming and discussing ideas


10:00 pm
Begin Work
Start to formalize teams and take an inventory of skills. Be honest, and direct about what resources and skills are needed for the weekend. You may stay and work until 1AM.

Saturday October 18th

Teams formed and setting up workspace for the weekend

Coach Meetings
Coaches will be around to help from 10-12pm. Ask questions!

After-lunch check-in, status reports, call for help

Coaches help teams one-on-one from 2-4pm. They are here to help!

Finished for the day. Your team may stay and work until 1AM.

Business/Marketing Consultant

Joe has a wide range of experience in large companies and in startups, doing everything from working in the lab to running businesses internationally. He has a passion for marketing, developing, and implementing business strategies. He helped a bootstrapped software startup, profitably grow while going from 5 to over 50 employees, making the Inc 5000 list of fastest growing private companies multiple times, and acquiring customers across the country.
