Startup Weekends are 54-hour events where developers, designers, marketers, product managers and startup enthusiasts come together to share ideas, form teams, build products, and launch startups!

Registration
Arrive at the venue and get checked in

Eat food, share ideas, practice pitches, get to know fellow participants

Welcome & Speakers
Review agenda for the weekend and introduce speakers, coaches, and community leaders

Pitches Start
Optionally line up to give your pitch

Voting
Attendees vote for the top pitches


9:15 pm
Form Teams
Teams start forming and discussing ideas


10:00 pm
Begin Work
Start to formalize teams and take an inventory of skills. Be honest, and direct about what resources and skills are needed for the weekend. You may stay and work as late as the venue will allow

Mr. Marty Bauer serves as the Managing Director and Business Mentor at The Iron Yard LLC. Mr. Bauer serves as the Head of all things accelerator at The Iron Yard. He is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of RidePost.

G. T. “Toby” Stansell is President and Chief operating Officer of Acumen I.T., LLC. Acumen is a regional information technology consultancy firm and systems provider to the legal, financial services, manufacturing, and distribution markets. Toby has helped the company plan and execute an innovative 3-prong strategy that has enabled Acumen IT to specialize in some of the faster growing segments of the I.T. industry.
