Are you ready?  Do you have the passion?  Do you have the Drive to start a company in one weekend?  

If that is a yes, join us November 18th at the premiere innovation hub in Orange County "The Cove" for a weekend of inspiration and innovation.  This is your chance to be part of an event that can change your life.  It does not matter who you are, where you come from, or what you do now.  All you need is a desire to build something new with others.  

Come with or without an idea, the event is open to anyone.  Designers, innovators, or just simply inspiring people, come show your talents and meet a great group of people launch companies in one weekend. 

The event will take place in one of the largest innovation hubs in Southern California through a joint event at the UCI Applied Innovation center and The Vine OC.  The last event was amazing, don't miss this event and secure you spot.  All tickets include a really cool T-Shirt, amazing food, and your chance to meet investors, mentors, and many great people.

Salina is a Dell Scholar whom graduated from Chapman University with a degree in Business Entrepreneurship. She is a growth hacker and social entrepreneur with a background in talent acquisition, branding, and guerilla marketing. She is known for building the DreamItAlive brand (www.DreamitAlive.com), Gen110, and REPOWER (talent brand). Salina is passionate about providing transparency and access to information. Currently, Salina consults early-stage startups on their brand presence. On her downtime, she loves abstract painting, sinking three-pointers, and working on apps with her co-founder.

He has been awarded both by Linkedin and White House for making an impact. Ash has spoken to over 10,000 people on peak performance, entrepreneurship and mindfulness. TV and media credits include Sony”s “Meet The Drapers” starring venture capitalist Tim Draper, Forbes, Huffington Post, Wall Street Journal and Entrepreneur. 

Ash also serves on UC Irvine’s Beall Center for Entrepreneurship, Startup Grind OC and Newport Beach Foundation. Previously Ash worked with the White House, Case Foundation and other business leaders to help launch “Startup America” a public/private partnership that in total helped inform, educate and provide resources for thousands of businesses across America.


jeff greenberg
Managing Director

Mr. Greenberg began his career as a software engineer, working for large enterprises like McDonnell Douglass and Xerox, as well as startup Dayflo, named software company of the year by PC Magazine.

Over time, he transitioned to a technical marketing role, then through product management, brand management, strategic planning and eventually into general management. In 2000 he shifted his focus to the world of hi-tech startups. Since that time, he has worked exclusively for emerging companies as a consultant, employee, advisor or founder.

Mr. Greenberg is an adjunct college professor, teaching start-up skills to would-be entrepreneurs. He holds multiple granted patents, with additional patents pending, and is a published author whose work has appeared in preeminent publications such as PC Magazine, U.S. News & World Report, PC Computing and Digital Signage Magazine.

The foundation of Mr. Greenberg’s strengths is a strong educational background that includes a bachelor’s in computer science from Rutgers University, a master’s in computer science from U.C. Irvine and an MBA from the executive program at Pepperdine University.

Amongst other volunteer activities in the Orange County startup ecosystem, Tracy serves as an EvoNexus Irvine Committee Member, Cove Seed Fund Investment Committee Member, and UC Irvine Applied Innovation Expert-in-Residence (EiR).

DR. PAUL M. WENDEE is the Department Chair of the Graduate School of Business and Management and the College of Arts and Sciences at the Orange Campus of Argosy University. He has been an investment banker, securities analyst, and private equity fund manager for 33 years. He is the Managing Director of Paul M. Wendee & Associates, LLC, a corporate finance, private equity, and management consulting firm. He is the creator and developer of value driver theory, which is a new way of understanding and strategically thinking about business. Dr. Wendee is a successful entrepreneur and management consultant and teaches courses in business, investments, economics, and finance to university students, MBA students, entrepreneurs, and business managers. Dr. Wendee also founded the Value Driver Institute and Research and Educational Expedition Programs (VDI/REEP), a non-profit organization with a mission to conduct research on enterprise value driver theory and the enterprise value creation process; and to take the business incubator concept to places in the world where business incubators are not commonly found, but where they are needed the most. Joshua Johnson is the founder of Mindbox Studios. He and his team have helped launch over 100 startups, raise millions of dollars in seed capital, and develop innovative technologies in multiple industries. Joshua attended his first Startup Weekend in 2009 and has been the same since. He is also one of the few who has had the privilege of serving as participant, mentor, judge, and facilitator in over 10 events. 
Before moving to Redding in August, Joshua served on the board of the GCVA (Greater Cincinnati Venture Association), and regularly mentored at local accelerators, OCEAN and UpTech
