Friday November 14th


6:00 pm
Registration & Dinner
Get checked in, grab some dinner and meet the other participants for the weekend.


7:00 pm
Welcome & Speakers
Review agenda for the weekend and introduce speakers, coaches, and community leaders


7:30 pm
Pitches & Voting
Line up to give your pitch & Attendees vote for the top pitches


9:00 pm
Teams Form & Work Starts
Start to formalize teams and take an inventory of skills. Be honest, and direct about what resources and skills are needed for the weekend. You may stay and work as late as the venue will allow

Saturday November 15th

Venue Opens

Breakfast & Work
Arrive, simple breakfast & coffee and continue the work that was started on Friday.


10:00 am
Coach Meetings
Coaches begin arriving to help teams one-on-one. They are here to help!

Lunch & Check-in
Get some lunch, check-in, status reports, call for help

Dinner & Check-In
Get dinner, check-in, status reports, call for help

Wrap-Up
Finished for the day. You may stay and work as late as the venue will allow
