Bek Abdullayev

In 2013 Bek founded Super Dispatch which eliminates paperwork and automates the transportation process for companies in Automotive Logistics. Super Dispatch is a mobile platform that helps transportation companies eliminate paperwork, manage fleets, track shipments, and integrate with existing software systems.

Matthew McDonald

Matthew guides the engineering team as we implement products to help contractors be more efficient. They have a marketplace for owners to lend out their idle equipment, and we provide telematics so that both owners and renters can make informed decisions on how to best use their equipment.

Sally Williams
Consultant – Technology Development & Commercialization

Sally Williams is an entrepreneurial leader with exceptional ability to identify, develop, and commercialize products/technology.  She has more than 30 years of management experience spanning a wide range of innovation and marketing positions with Bayer Healthcare, Kimberly-Clark Corporation, Ralston Purina Company, Frito-Lay, Inc., and ALCOA.  She has successfully led businesses from start-ups to nationally-known brands, including leading development and commercialization of more than 100 new products that collectively generated more than $1 billion in Year I revenues.  Throughout her career Sally has produced impressive revenue, market share and profit growth through innovative ideas, insights, products, and relationships.   Today Sally uses her knowledge and experience in management and innovation to assist entrepreneurs.  She is a Consultant in Technology Development and Commercialization at the UMKC Small Business and Technology Development Center (SBTDC).  Through the UMKC SBTDC she coaches start-ups and small businesses and facilitates adult learning and course training for Kansas City area entrepreneurs and UMKC faculty and students.

Tyrone Howard
MIH man

A 15 year active duty US Navy veteran that worked for Naval Intelligence as a Chinese Linguist and Training Mgr. After getting out he went back to college, but not for long as while there he came up with, tested and developed an algorithm that matches cool people with other cool people. Then after a two years of testing started Get Social - The new old-fashioned way to meet people, as the Founder and CEO. Tyrone is a steering committee member of TechSparks: a social forum for Entrepreneurs, in Pasadena. A co-organizer or the Innovate Pasadena Friday Morning Coffee meetup. A Startup Weekend (SW) Facilitator and lead organizer of multiple events including the first ever SW geared toward underserved students. Most recently Tyrone partnered with the Pasadena NAACP and Innovate Pasadena to help empower and teach underserved kids in the area about the opportunities available in the vibrant Pasadena tech and startup world.
