MIDDLE SCHOOLERS: GOT A GREAT IDEA?

Startup Weekend is an annual event at Crittenden to empower young entrepreneurs. In just 54 hours, you and your team of middle schoolers from across the SF Bay Area will listen to each other's ideas, form teams, be coached by educators and industry pros, design your product, code/create a prototype, and pitch your company in front of a panel of judges and audience members.

This year's event, Startup Weekend Youth: Mountain View 2015, is taking place the weekend of February 27-March 1, 2015. Open registration begins on February 9 for any 6th-8th grader. No experience necessary. The grand prize is a private tour and lunch at Facebook headquarters in Menlo Park!

Check out http://crittenden.mvwsd.org/startup-weekend.html to see the school's webpage about this awesome event. It includes more videos, a Twitter feed, and more!
