EVENT SCHEDULE

Friday September 19th


6:00 pm
Registration
Arrive at the venue and get checked in


7:00 pm
Dinner & Networking
Eat food provided by Estilo, share ideas, practice pitches, get to know fellow participants


7:20 pm
Welcome & Speakers
Review agenda for the weekend and introduce speakers, coaches, and community leaders


7:30 pm
Pitches Start
Line up to give a 60 second pitch without slides if you are pitching an idea. If you are not pitching, take notes so you can vote on your favorite ideas.


9:00 pm
Voting
Attendees vote for the top pitches


9:15 pm
Form Teams
Teams start forming, ideas are discussed, and each team is paired with a coach


10:00 pm
Design Thinking Workshop
Each team will be assigned to a coach who will guide the team through a design thinking exercise that will help the team outline their customer focused strategy for the weekend.


11:55 pm
Wrap-Up
Finished for the day. You may stay and work as late as the venue will allow (1AM)

Saturday September 20th

Breakfast
Arrive, drink some Blanchard's coffee and build your own yogurt or cereal creation with our healthy breakfast buffet


8:40 am
Team Check In
Each team checks in and gives a 60 second pitch back to the group. Call for needs of designers, developers, marketing and mentor help.


12:00 pm
Lunch
Enjoy lunch from the Desserterie


1:00 pm
Coach Meetings
Coaches help teams one-on-one. They will be available in blocks of time up until 8pm. Be sure to book time with coaches to get feedback!


3:00 pm
YOGA
Need a little break for your brain? Join us for afternoon yoga and get re-energized with a yoga session!


6:30 pm
Dinner
Enjoy American fare from Toast

Wrap-Up
Finished for the day. You may stay and work as late as the venue will allow (1AM)

Power through your lunch hour with Alamo BBQ

Presentation Prep & Tech Check
Final hours of worktime should be focused on perfecting your presentation, tech-check for final presentations also takes place


6:00 pm
Dinner & Networking
Cocktails, Craft Beer & Dinner from Made in Asia in the plaza


7:00 pm
Final Presentations
"Shark Tank" style presentations to a panel of judges


8:30 pm
Final Judging
Judges deliberate and choose the best companies
