Customer Development, Business Model Validation

Alex Madinger
Co-Founder, Health I.Q.

Alex believes that creating something great is not enough if it cannot get to the people who need it. This is especially true for inventors and product developers who can easily, and understandably, fall in love with the idea of the product itself.  No one will beat a path to your door. A mechanical engineer, Alex takes a systematic approach to entrepreneurship, treating it as an experiment to find a repeatable business model in areas of extreme uncertainty. Having taken the dive into entrepreneurship two years ago, Alex currently serves as co-founder for Health I.Q., a healthcare hardware and software startup. Alex is happy to help with identifying a startup's core hypotheses, getting feedback from potential customers, what an MVP is (more importantly what it is not), prototyping, and presenting.
