Brian Slawin
Regional Director & Portfolio Manager, Ben Franklin Technology PArtners / CNP

As a recovering entrepreneur, I’ve lived the startuplife…from the late nights to the last minute deadlines, from running out of money, to running out of ideas …to capturing it all again, it’s the best thing I’ve ever done; ever!  Having recently moved to Northwest Pennsylvania, I’m fortunate to have found an entire ecosystem of people to work with and support who are looking at their future and thinking “I’d like to give that a try”.  In short, I support the vision entrepreneurs have and believe in the power that comes with passion and commitment. As a portfolio manager, my role, is to help create a culture of entrepreneurs who leverage the vast resources available in Pennsylvania, reach out and nurture their ideas, provide early-stage funding and then support and encourage them as they grow based on solid business principles.
