Creatives Connect to Impact their Industries

Startup Weekend is a 54 hour event that brings together Tampa Bay designers, developers, entrepreneurs, and experts from all domains to do amazing things. This time we are taking it to the next level and looking to solve some of the everyday problems faced by those in the creative fields. Fashion entrepreneurs, interior designers, architects, graphic artists... no matter what your background, this is your chance to make something unique.

All Startup Weekend events follow the same basic model: anyone is welcome to pitch their startup idea and receive feedback from their peers. Teams form around the top ideas (as determined by popular vote) and embark on a three-day frenzy of business model creation, coding, designing, and market validation. The weekend culminates with presentations in front of local entrepreneurial leaders with creative/design background with another opportunity for critical feedback! If you want to put yourself in the shoes of an entrepreneur and contribute to a more sustainable world, be part of Startup Weekend Design Edition, Tampa Bay.

This event is the FIRST of its kind here in Tampa Bay and we want you to be part of it!
