Jami Jerman
Lead Designer & Senior UX/UI Developer

Jami grew up in Wichita and received her BFA in Graphic Design from WSU, after completing two years of college in Montreal. She brings over ten years of experience to the Baseline Creative team, including work at agencies, studios and in-house design groups. She is that rare breed of graphic designer who is just as comfortable working on the back end of a website as the “pretty” front end, Jami is a stickler for detail. She lists web design as a hobby and inspiration, not only as her job. She and her husband have lots of kids and lots of chickens. She finds inspiration everywhere and always has a new project in mind.

Mia Lee

As a working owner of Lee Media Group, Mia establishes creative direction for all projects. She leads their team by meeting with clients, crafting compelling campaigns, monitoring workflow, and managing the day-to-day operations. Known online as, “webbiegirl,” Mia is a digital diva, educator and longtime business owner. Expanding Lee Media Group and establishing a physical location in Rose Hill, Kansas has been the culmination of hard work, dedication and innovation. She prides herself on offering the same ideals to her customers, every single day.

She recently attended FastTrac training at the Kauffman Foundation in Kansas City and is pleased to share her knowledge with local businesses. She enjoys the opportunity to contribute to the Center’s WIRED activities.

Coaches and Mentors

Sam Williams
Managing Partner

Sam grew up in Alaska. Seeing the forces of nature at their untamed best can teach a guy a few things. Such as, when powerful forces shift, change is inevitable. So you may as well do what you can to make them work in your favor. CFOs are expected to be conservative. But no one embraces change more than Sam. To that end, it was Sam who, years ago, led SHS to a head start in the digital world. And it was Sam who helped drive us from traditional silos to our integrated team structure. Today, Sam is working on innovative compensation ideas that maximize the value SHS provides for clients. He’s also a dedicated community leader who, in his spare time, runs marathons and flies airplanes. Yeah, he’s manly like that.
