Duong is the founder and CEO of Hoa Yeu Thuong – the online platform for offering floral offering floral arrangements & bouquets, plus orchids, plants & gift baskets.  Hoa Yeu Thuong has won several prestigious contests, such as: The first successful Google model of digital marketing in Vietnam, Top 5 – Vietnam Startup 2012 and 1st place of Venture Cup 2015.  Before found Hoa Yeu Thuong, Duong found Renovation Software JSC (an outsourcing company) and was a CTO at - Vision global JSC  which provides education and management solutions for Pre-school.

Lê Xuân Long

Mr Lê Xuân Long is the Chief Marketing Officer of Lazada Vietnam. He has worked in various roles and functions in Lazada before leading Marketing practice.

Lê Xuân Long  has a Bachelor of Arts at Oxford University of Economics and Management Faculty.
He had 3 years of work experience in leading management consulting firm McKinsey & Company, serving in Southeast Asia office. Then, he worked in Lazada with various roles and functions including Commercial and Operations:  Deputy Chief Commercial Officer & Head of Vendor Performance Management (From June to October 2014):
Head of Operations planning and Performance management (From October 2014 to January 2015) 
In January 2015, he was assigned to be CMO (Chief Marketing Officer) of Lazada Vietnam. Experience at different roles helped him to have deeper understanding of Lazada operation as well as consumer insights in Vietnam- a new market for E- Commerce. As the role of Chief Marketing Officer, he desires to bring safe, fast and convenient online shopping experience to Vietnamese consumers, contributing to the development of Vietnam E-commerce market.

Alexandre Dardy
CEO at Lazada Vietnam

Alexandre began his career at McKinsey & Company in Paris where he was a key member of the European High Tech Practice. Over the duration of 9 years at the firm, Alexandre specialised in the Telecom and Retail industry where he provided strategic counsel to address the challenges the industry faced. 

Alexandre then joined Lazada in Vietnam as a Chief Commercial Officer where he was in charge of the development of the Marketplace before taking on the role of Chief Executive Officer of Lazada in Vietnam. 

Alexandre graduated with a Master Degree from Ecole Polytechnique in France and holds an MBA from INSEAD. He has a passion for motorsports and travelling.

An Bui
Co-founder & COO at Silicon Straits Saigon

Bui Hai An has been trained as an engineer and also an entrepreneur at heart. He is currently running ops and marketing at Silicon Straits Saigon, which he co-founded in 2013. Different from other typical outsourcing companies in Vietnam, Silicon Straits Saigon is a product/software foundry that works with individuals and enterprise to turn ideas into reality, delivering exceptional software through robust engineering, lean thinking and inspired design. 

Beside building a great team of product developers at Silicon Straits, he is also working on two B2B Software-as-a-Service products Cognito and Adsbox, as Chief of Customer Development. His focus to build reliable and quality web-based solutions not just for SMEs in Vietnam but for oversea market, especially South East Asia, in CRM and Marketing Automation industry. 

Previously, Hai An co-founded TGM Corporation in 2009 - one of the largest Vietnamese training and publishing company. At TGM Corporation, Hai An was in charge of Marketing Dept and has successfully built "Tôi Tài Giỏi! Bạn Cũng Thế" become a dominant brand for life-skills and soft-skills training program in Vietnam.

Bikesh Lakhmichand

Bikesh is the founder and CEO of 1337 Ventures, Malaysia's first Accelerator programme. He has mentored, developed and invested in 30 technology start-ups under the 1337 Ventures portfolio in the verticals of gaming, social networking, education, big data, proximity marketing, wearable technology and recently fintech. Bikesh was also the founder of Alpha Startups a pre accelerator programme in SEA to help startups validate their ideas, refine their prototypes and channels to market. The Alpha Startups programme has now been utilized as an Innovation platform by the Banking, Insurance, Telecommunications, Automotive and Government sectors to seek out startups to solve their pain points and onboard them into their organizations.

Tu is an education & tech entrepreneur. Tu co-founded and built Yola into a leading education services provider with thousands of student enrollments and a network of 6 learning centers in Vietnam. Yola's graduates are now at top global universities (Harvard, Stanford, Cornell, etc.). Tu's also an evangelist for ELSA (, a mobile platform that helps English learners with automated pronunciation and speaking feedback. Tu has a B.A. in Public Policy from Stanford University and an MBA from INSEAD.

Joseph Huynh
Principle Product Manager at TINYPulse

Joe has +15 years experience in product management.  His past  companies includes, Yahoo INSEA, Lazada & Atlassian. Technology product and marketing leader, team builder, connector of people and projects. He is passionate about building amazing products and cultures, creating community and paying it forward.

Huy Nguyen
Co-Founder & CTO at

Huy cofounded Holistics (, a data reporting product for tech startups, aiming to be the “Google Analytics for your own database”. Holistics’ customers include well-known tech startups like Grab (GrabTaxi) or Tech In Asia. Previously Huy worked at an Andreessen Horowitz-funded startup and built their data analytics infrastructure. Before that, Huy spent some time writing medical simulation for a startup in Europe and working at Facebook (California) on the Growth Team. Huy also started Grokking Vietnam, a nonprofit organization trying to build a community of high-quality Vietnamese software engineers.

Duong Nguyen
Founder & CEO at

Duong (Nicholas) graduated from Monash University in Accounting & Finance in 2013. He was working as a Pricing Analyst at Lazada before joining Golden Harvest, an Agritech startup. Upon learning about the problems of housing market through his family business, he went on to found - a real estate portal with a mission to better facilitate real estate industry with intuitive user interface and curated information and won 3rd prize at Forbes Startup Contest. After 10 months pursuing the Visla project, he took part in Acceleration program Topica Founder Institute in which helped him to pivot to - a geolocation platform that helps Food and Beverage merchants to reach and engage the right target audience via mobile application. 

From the idea stage in September 2015, he managed to assemble the "new" team, get to product launch in 4 months and partner with hundreds of merchants after 3 months of launch. He has also secured an Angel round from a Japanese investor before launch.

Victor Luong
Head of Strategy & Business Development at Nanoco

Victor is currently Business Development Director at Nanoco, a Vietnam-based distributor and manufacturer of electrical construction materials, lighting equipment, conduit pipes, household appliances and related accessories. Prior to Nanoco, Victor was with New York City-based Stripes Group, a venture capital and growth equity firm with US$1.2 billion in assets under management across 3 funds, where he sourced, executed and supported deals in the B2B software-as-a-service, digital media, branded ecommerce, healthcare IT, and consumer marketplaces verticals, among others. Victor sourced Stripes’ US$ 50 million Series C into U.S. meal kit delivery leader Blue Apron, as well as a US$36.8M Series C into Remitly, a U.S.-based mobile remittance startup. He also supported Stripes’ portfolio companies Refinery29CraftsyUpwork, and Netbiscuits, in strategy and market intelligence. Victor graduated from Stanford University, and spent time in technology investment banking at Jefferies and YC-funded healthcare IT startup CareMessage before joining Stripes.

Quang is the co-founder and Senior Investment Officer at Vietnam Investments Group (VIG), a private equity firm focuses on Vietnam's fast growing companies with the AUM of $410M. At VIG, he leads investments into various sectors including financial services, retail & consumer, food & beverage, nutraceuticals, media, telecom & mobile/internet. At present, he is also a Director at Beta Media, a young startup in the cinema, entertainment, and content production business. Anh Phan

Anh Phan is the founder of Angel 4 Us, an angel investment group for entrepreneurs and angel investors in Vietnam. At the same time, he is the mentor and program manager at SME Mentoring, a non-profit project providing 1 on 1 mentorship program to local entrepreneurs. He earned his Bachelor of Law & Commerce from Australia and his Master’s degree in Entrepreneurial Management from the UK. He has diversified background in PR, franchise, business consultancy, M&A and investment. Thanh Huynh

Cong Thang HUYNH is the Co-founder of Fablab Saigon in Vietnam, a model of world-wide Fablab; the Co-founder of GetSpaces, the first online event booking platform in Vietnam which allows users to book venues for their events and the Co-Founder & CEO of Vicgo (owns 3 brands luxurious Gens, Combo Outfit (unique handmade gift for corporate and events) and Golden Express (importing service from US to Vietnam) Author of e27 tech magazine.
