Where Bulawayo comes to build skills, meet incredible people, and launch successful startups

Startup Weekend is a global grassroots movement of young, empowered entrepreneurs who are learning the basics of founding start-ups and launching successful business ventures.
Startup Weekend events follow the global model:
Buy a ticket to participate, come and pitch your start-up idea over the three-day weekend and receive feedback from peers, successful innovators and entrepreneurs. Teams organically form around the best ideas (as determined by popular vote) followed by a 54-hour frenzy of business model creation, designing, developing and market validation.
Finally, Startup Weekend culminates with presentations in front of local and global entrepreneurial leaders with another opportunity for critical feedback. The winning idea/team is selected and wins significant resources and support to take their idea to the next level!
At Startup Weekend Bulawayo, we hope budding entrepreneurs will found companies, establish partnerships, network, or learn a new skill. Everyone is guaranteed to leave the event better prepared to navigate the chaotic but fun world of start-ups.
If you want to be an entrepreneur, buy your ticket and register now for the best weekend of your life!
